The latest 'tun' release from Balvenie following the footsteps of Balvenie Tun 1401 and 1858.

This larger Tun can hold upto four times as much liquid as Tun 1401 and hence we expect a larger quantity of this release.  

This release is a combination of 42 casks, 35 traditional American oak barrels and 7 European oak sherry butts, these were married in tun 1509 for several months before bottling.

Highland Park 25 Year Old

A more recent bottling of this famous island malt.

Benriach 1975 Single Cask 33 Year Old Peated Tawny Port Finish

This is a heavily peated expression from Benriach. 

Distilled in 1975 and then bottled in July 2009 after finishing in a Tawny Port.

Released to the Scandanavian market, this 12 year old Highland Park was limited to a mere 3,924 bottles.

Hakushu 1997 Single Cask #BJ41521 / 10th Anniversary Whisky Live

Suntory's other excellent distillery which is often over looked for Yamazaki. This Hakushu was distilled in 1997 and matured in hogshead cask BJ 41521.

Highland Park 2004 The Battle of Jutland Single Cask 11 Year Old

A very rare and limited single cask offering from Highland Park, released in 2016 to commemorate the Centenary of the Battle of Jutland, which occured on 31st May 641916.

Single Cask #3378 was distilled on 31st May 2004 and bottled in April 2016, limited to only 582 bottles.

Bruichladdich Octomore 1695 Discovery Feis Ile 2014 / Signed

Perhaps the most desirable of the new Feis Ile releases, this is the first time Bruichladdich has released an Octomore for Feis Ile and it is incredibly limited with only 1,695 bottles being released.

Distilled on the 18th February 2007 and bottled for the 2014 Bruichladdich Open Day at Feis Ile, with a very impressive abv of 69.5%.

Hakushu 1981 \"Kioke Shikomi\" Pure Malt 

There is a great deal of debate as to whether or not this is a single malt, Suntory were renowned for using the term \"Pure Malt\" for both single malts and blended malts and a high number of bloggers have stated that this is 100% Hakushu. 

The translation of ‘Kioke Shikomi’ seems strange because although it means “matured in a wooden tub”, 'kioke’ normally refers to a tub used for making sake.

A rare old vintage Bowmore from 1980.

Distilled on 13th November 1980 and bottled on 16th September 2009.

Matured in single bourbon barrel #8055.

Bruichladdich Octomore Orpheus 2.2 

Similar to the Comus, the Orpheus release was equally peated to the same degree as its counter-part Octomore 2.1, at 140ppm.  The Orpheus was finished using Château Pétrus Bordeaux casks, recognised as one of the world’s top vineyards.  Matured for only 5 years this alongside the Comus have proven to be quite desirable bottlings.

This is bottle 12,512 of 15,000.

Bottled exclusively for Oddbins, this single cask Highland Park was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2007.

Bruichladdich 1984 Golder Still 23 Year Old

Continuing the \"still\" series, this is the Golder Still, a Bruichladdich matured in experimental casks from American cooperages in the 1980s. These Squat American Bourbon casks give extra wood contact.

The Manager’s Dram series of whiskies were bottled exclusively for employees of what is now known as Diageo.  These whiskies were selected by the respective distillery managers within Diageo malt distilling and bottled at natural cask strength.

This particular release from Blair Athol is 15 year old, bottled in 1996 by distillery manager Gordon Donoghue.
