Ardbeg Guaranteed 10 Year Old 1970s Miniature

A very rare, highly sought after bottle of Ardbeg 10 year old, originally available in the 1970s.

Ardberg is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex whisky of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat: rather the peat gives way to the malt, the natural sweetness of which subtly intrudes, producing perfect balance.

Alistair Cunningham's Limited Edition / 50 Years

A blend of fifty, specially selected single malt whiskies, and grain whisky from Dumbarton. This unique blend has been specially developed to commerorate Alistair Cunninghams career spanning fifty years (1942-1992) with the Hiram Walker Group, and to record his outstanding contribution to the Scotch Whisky Industry. 

Released in 1992.

This old Cadenhead's bottling of Ardbeg seems to be from the 1970s.

Aberlour A`bunadh is produced in the tradition of 19th century single malts from an era when villagers would come to the distillery tocollect their dram straight from the cask, often in apothecary bottles obtained from the village chemist. Indeed these bottles are the inspiration for the a`bunadh bottle shape today.

Matured exclusively in Spanish Oak Oloroso Sherry butts, the rarest and most precious casks used for maturation and bottled at cask strength, a`bunadh possesses an unrivalled aromatic intensity. A richer mouth-fill and flavour complexity is achieved by bottling without the use of modern day chill-filtering methods. 

Aberlour A'bunadh is bottled using only first fill Oloroso sherry butts, this is batch #53 released in 2015.

Antiquary De Luxe Scotch Whisky 1970s

An older packaging of this popular blended whisky, with the iconic bottle.  We believe this to be circa 1970s, perhaps 1960s as there is no sign of bottle quantity or alcohol strength. The Antiquary is a fine example of one of Scotlands truly superb Scotch Whiskies. Each Whisky has been matured in Oak casks for at least 12 years. This long ageing process has given a unique smoothness to the blend which contains some of Scotlands greatest and cherished malt and grain whiskies. 

Distilled, Blended and Bottled in Scotland.

Arran 12 Year Old Cask Strength Batch #6

Batch 6 of Arran's popular cask strength 12 year old. Released in May 2016 and limited to 13,800 bottles.

The Isle of Arran Distillery was opened on 29th June 1995 in the village of Lochranza, on the North-west tip of Arran, and remains the only whisky producer on the island.

Double-distilled from un-peated malt, the Arran Single Malt is matured in both ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks. The result is a fuller bodied dram with a delightful sweet-fruity character that shows maturity far beyond its years.
