The Queen of Hearts was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2006.

Matured in a traditional hogshead before a second period of maturation in a french oak cognac wood, cask # 9102.

Hanyu 2000 Four of Spades Single Cask #60

A single cask #60 Hanyu bottled within the Ichiro's Malt series of whiskies.

Distilled in 2000 and matured in a hogshead before being moved into a Japanese oak Mizunara Puncheon for a second maturation period prior to being bottled in 2010.

Bottle 166 of 570.

Hanyu 1985 Nine of Diamonds #9421

Hanyu is a closed Japanese distillery that received a new lease of life from Ichiro Akuto, who bottled the last of the stock in the iconic card range. 

Distilled in 1985 and bottled in 2009, after being aged in a hogshead then finished in a Bourbon barrel.

Hanyu 1990 Seven of Hearts #9002

Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2007. 

Originally bottled in a hogshead then finished in an American oak Sherry Butt.

Hanyu 1991 Ichiro's Malt 'Card' #401 / Nine of Clubs​

Distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2011 from cask number 401. 

Initially matured in hogshead prior to being finished in Bourbon barrels.

Hanyu Ichiro's Malt The Joker 'Colour'

The 54th and final bottling in Ichiro's Card Series.

There are two Joker's released to complete the 54 bottle series, one in colour and one in Black and White.  This particular bottling is the Colour Joker, a vatting of 14 casks covering vintages from 1985, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991 and 2000.  The casks used for this final bottling include a sherry butt, puncheon, hogshead, Cognac, chibidaru, Madeira hogshead and bourbon.

Only 3,690 bottles of this highly anticipated whisky have been made available.

A very rare and collectible marriage of two lost Japanese distilleries: this very limited blended whisky contains 1990 Hanyu and 1982 Kawasaki.

The Hanyu was a 25 Year Old and the Kawasaki was a 33 year old.

To Commemorate Mount Fuji the highest peak in Japan getting added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 2013, Suntory released this special edition. 

The Hibiki whose bottle always has  24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar has been redecorated with a painting of a scenic view of Mount Fuji. 

This lot comprises a bottle of the 17 and 21 year old within this limited edition bottle and packaging design.

Highland Park 21 Year Old 1980s

This is a very old bottling of 21 Year Old Highland Park, which still mentions that this Whisky was produced when the distillery was under the control of James Grant & Company.

This was bottled officially in 1980 for the Italian market

Please note that as this is an old bottling the fill level is mid shoulder and general condition.

The original Ambassador's Cask from Highland Park is incredibly hard to find, rarely appearing at auction.  

Distilled on the 26th January 1984, cask #43 was selected by Gerry Tosh, Highland Park's Global Ambassador before being bottled in 2005.  

Only 260 bottles were released of this 21 year old cask strength vintage Highland Park.

Wolfburn Inaugural Release

Located in Thurso, this is the Northern most distillery on the UK manland. Based around a long lost distillery that ended around 1850, this new Wolfburn reopened in 2013. 

This is their first single malt release.

There have been 875 bottles released, 100 of which were for the UK. This is presented in a hand creafted wooden box.

Suntory's other excellent distillery which is often over looked for Yamazaki. This Hakushu was distilled in 1997 and matured in hogshead cask BJ 41521.

Distilled in 1977 then matured in cask 4258, this cask was selected by the Scottish Field Merchants. 

Each year Scottish Field Magazine assemble a panel of experts from numerous whisky retailers, they then blind taste a range of whiskies and decide on a winner for bottling. 

In 2003 this Highland Park was selected. 

One of only 480 bottles.
