Distilled in 2001 and then matured for 14 years and bottled in 2015.

Cooley 13 Year Old Cadenhead's 

A 13 year old independantly bottled Cooley by Cadenhead's.

Bottled in June 2011 from a single bourbon barrel, which yielded 199 bottles.

A bottle of the sapphire flagon of the Chivas 21 Royal Salute released during the 1970s.

Bladnoch 1988 Signatory Vintage

a Signatory bottling of 7 year old Bladnoch, distilled on 18th March 1988 and bottled in November 1995 from casks #810-811.

A combination of Chivas Brothers oldest matured stock was used to create this whisky.

Craigellachie 1982 SMWS 18 Year Old 44.16

A 1982 vintage Craigellachie bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.

Distilled in March 1982 and bottled in June 2000. 

Caol Ila Cask Strength

Now discontinued this Caol Ila cask strength was a punchier more intense version of this popular Islay malt.

As always a shame that it is no longer with us.

Balvenie 15 Year old Single Barrel / Sherry Cask 

A classic, legendary speyside that has recently been revamped, this recent version of Balvenie 15 year old Single Barrel is from sherry cask # 17908, this is bottle number 511.

No longer are we told the year of distillation or bottling.

No more than one of 650 bottles.

Caroni 1999 Glenn Mor Spirits 16 Year Old

Distilled in Trinidad in 1999, and bottled in May 2015 after 16 years. Cask #2944  

Caol Ila 1993 Distillers Edition 2006 Release 1 Litre

Matured in moscatel cask wood, this is part of Diageo's Distiller’s Edition range.

Benromach 17 Year Old Centenary

Bottled to commemorate 100 years of Benromach distillery this 17 year old was released in 1998 and is bottled number 1,510 of 3,500.

The final two years of maturation of this whisky were spent in sherry casks dating as far back as 1896,1895 and 1891.

Bruichladdich Rocks 1st Edition

A multi-vintage Bruichladdich, matured in bourbon casks and a further maturation in Grenache wine casks.

First introduced in 2007.

Compass Box Juveniles

From the Compass Box archives: 

\"Made for Tim Johnston and his Juveniles wine bar in Paris. Originally, we made something just for Tim to sell at his restaurant, but our French importer, then all our European importers, asked to sell it. The whisky combined three malts (distilled in the villages of Brora, Longmorn and Muir of Ord), all aged in first-fill bourbon barrels.

This was one of the first malts ever to be able to boast this type of high quality oak aging. Unfortunately, when the distillery owner of each of the distilleries ran out of aged stock of this quality, we decided to retire the whisky.\"

Bowmore 2001 SMWS 14 Year Old 3.257

'Jacobite trip to the kitchen' from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society is a single cask Bowmore 14 year old, distilled on 8th May 2001.

Blue Hanger 5th Release

An exceptional blended Malt from Berry Brothers and Rudd, named after a very well dressed customer from the 18th Century called Mr Hanger that liked to wear blue.

Chartreuse De Voiron Yellow Label

Originally created in 1605 by monks using a recipe for an elixir of long life. 

This Chartreuse was made in the Voiron production facility in France.

Clynelish 1996 Sansibar 15 Year Old

Distilled in 1996 and matured in an ex-bourbon cask before being bottled in 2012.

One of 356 bottles.

Distilled in 1984 and bottled in 1994 this is a Bladnoch from Gordon and MacPhail.

Caroni 18 Year Old Dewar Rattray / Single Barrel 

A single barrel bottling of Caroni, aged for 18 years and bottled by A.D. Rattray.

Bruichladdich Ancien Regime 1998 Feis Ile 2011

Released only at Bruichladdich distillery during Feis Ile 2011.

Distilled on 18th June 1998 and bottled 2011, this bourbon matured whisky is limited to only 2,500 bottles.

Bowmore Darkest

Still incredibly popular, Bowmore Darkest was matured in sherry casks.  The non-aged version shown here has long been discontinued and replaced by the newer 15 year old 'Darkest'.

Caol Ila 2007 Whisky Agency 8 Year Old / Three Rivers Tokyo

A cask strength Caol Ila distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2015. 

One of 210 bottles. 

Bladnoch 1993 Gordon and Macphail

Distilled in 1993 and bottled in September 2009 this is a Bladnoch from Gordon and MacPhail.

Although the distillery is currently closed this is likely temporary. 

Beam's Ten Pin 10 Year Old 1980s

An incredibly unique bottle of Kentucky Straight Bourbon.

Estimated to be from the 1980s.

We would highly recommend buying 10 of these, drinking them and going crazy with your bowling balls!

Bruichladdich Organic 

Certified by the Biodynamic Association, this Organic release from Bruichladdich was created using organic barley grown at Mid Coul, Columore, Mains of Tullibardine farms.

Cragganmore 1987 Distillers Edition

Matured in Port Wine Casks.

A Limited Edition bottled in 2002.

Chateau Margaux, Grand Crus 1975

From the Margaux Appellation (to which it gives its name) in the Medoc sub-region on the left-bank of the Bordeaux, where Cabernet Sauvignon is dominant (though Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec are all permissable). This 1er Grand Cru Classe dates back to the 12th century when it was know as “La Mothe de Margaux” and is steeped in history, haveing been drank by Thomas Jefferson who famously declared  “There couldn’t be a better Bordeaux bottle”

The Margaux vineyard for the production of red wine is planted to 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. This shows a marked increase in the amount of Cabernet Sauvignon planted in the vineyards. The final blend on average usually contains close to 85% Cabernet Sauvignon in most vintages. On average, the vines are 35 years of age. However, there are parcels with very Cabernet Sauvignon vines, which are close to 80 years of age.
