Crolly
Crolly is a whiskey distillery in County Donegal and was the region's first legal operation of its kind for 180 years when it commenced production in 2020. Housed within a restored historic stone cut building constructed in 1901, it produces both single malt and single pot still Irish whiskey using a pair of direct-fired copper pot stills sourced from the Cognac region of France.
The distillery laid down its first casks of single malt in October 2020, and single pot still whiskey in September 2021. While its own spirit is maturing, the distillery's parent company has marketed sourced single malts under the Croithlí brand name (the Irish Gaelic spelling of "Crolly").
