Quaich Bar

Quaich Bar is a renowned specialist whisky bar in Singapore, founded by Joyce and Khoon Hui. The pair started out in the business in 2005, opening a retail kiosk in Tanglin Mall before identifying a gap in the local market for a dedicated whisky bar. They then relocated what was known as The Whisky Store to Waterfront Plaza in 2006, relaunching it as Quaich Bar the following year.

The business now has a second and third venue, opened in 2016 at South Beach Avenue and 2022 at InterContinental Singapore. Over the years, the bar has selected several exclusive bottlings from independent bottlers, as well as marketing its own in-house brand as well.
