Established by William Miles Arvin Jr in 2014, Peristyle LLC is the owner and operator of the Castle & Key distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky.
Castle & Key is housed within the buildings of the former Old Taylor distillery and the company bought it from the Withrow family. The company re-opened it as Castle & Key in 2016 and the distillery's eponymous bourbon brand debuted in 2022.
