Miyashita Sake Brewery Co

Miyashita Sake Brewery Co is an old Japanese drinks company established in 1915 by brothers, Kamezo and Motosaburo Miyashita. The company is located by the Asahigawa River in Okayama and produces sake, beer and whisky. Its interest in producing Japanese whisky only dates to 2011 when it obtained the relavent distilling license and opened what was then the Miyashita distillery the following year.

The company's flagship whisky brand is called Okayama. It was first released in 2017 and the distillery has since been renamed after it.
