Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company
Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company is an American whiskey business founded in 2013 by father-and-son team, Corky and Carson Taylor. Both are descendants of pre-Prohibition distiller, Henry Kraver, and were looking to revive his historic Peerless brand. The company opened the Kentucky Peerless distillery in Louisville in 2015, registering it with the same DSP number (DSP-KY-50) that the Kraver distillery in Henderson has used a century earlier.
The company relaunched the Peerless brand in 2017 with the release of its first rye whiskies, and its bourbon followed in 2019.
