Blaum Bros Distilling Co LLC

Blaum Bros Distilling LLC is an American craft spirits company, founded in 2013 by brothers Matt and Mike Blaum. It opened its distillery in Galena, Illinois in the same year. The company produces a range of different spirits which it markets under the single brand name, Blaum Bros.

In terms of whiskey, it produces straight rye and bourbon. The first of its own casks were bottled in 2018, with prior whiskey releases sourced from other distillers. Its other spirits are gin, vodka, rum and absinthe.
