Tottori

Tottori is a brand of blended whisky produced by Japanese company, Matsui Shuzo, and is named after the prefecture in which its shochu and Kurayoshi whisky distilleries are located. Introduced in 2017, the blend is made using imported whiskies from Canada and Japan and while initially labelled as a Japanese whisky, this is no longer the case following regulation changes in 2021.

The current Tottori range features two non-age statement blends, one of which is drawn from ex-bourbon barrels. Limited editions over the years have included 21-, 23-, 27- and 30-year-old age statements.
