Pike Creek
Pike Creek is a brand of Canadian whisky produced at the Hiram Walker & Sons distillery in Ontario. A blend of double-distilled corn and once-distilled rye, the whisky is known for being finished in different wood types, and is therefore named after the distillery's ageing warehouses in Windsor. The current proprietary release has been rum cask-finished since 2016 when it switched from the original port barrel-finish.
The brand debuted in 1998 at part of Corby Distilleries' Canadian Whisky Guild alongside Lot No.40 and Gooderham & Worts Ltd. The range flopped however, and was discontinued in the early 2000s. It was then revived under Pernod Ricard ownership in 2012, and all three brands have been packaged together again since 2017, now known as the Northern Border Collection.
