Pearse

Pearse is a brand of Irish whiskey produced in Dublin by Alltech Beverage Division Ireland. It is available as both a blended Irish whiskey and a single malt and is named after its company founder, Pearse Lyons. THe debut release was a blend called The Original in 2017 before the first single malt distilled by the company was released the following year. At the time of distilling, the company's pot stills were installed in rented space at Carluke brewery, however have since relocated to the Pease Lyons distillery in Dublin's Liberties.

The current core range comprises The Original 5-year-old and Distiller's Choice 7-year-old blends, alongside the Founder's Choice single malt.
