Dunville's
Dunville's is a historic brand of Irish whiskey, currently produced in County Down at the Echlineville distillery. It traces its roots back to 1837 however, when it was launched by Dunville & Co and produced by them at their Royal Irish distillery until its closure in 1935 (the company was liquidated the following year). The brand was then acquired by Echlinville Distillery Ltd in 2012 and relaunched in 2013. Initially produced using sourced whiskies, the company's own stock is gradually being incorporated as it reaches maturity.
The current Dunville's range comprises the historic VR single malt and Three Crowns blended whiskies. The latter is available in both peated and non-peated expressions, and a blend of both styles called 1808 is also available.
