Considered among the finest of the Speyside malt distilleries and one of the few of its age to still be family-owned. J&G Grant became its sole shareholders in 1898 and continue to run it in a traditional manner, notably using direct-fired stills to create a rich, weighty spirit.

Grant Bonding Co
A blending and export company established in 1959 as a partnership between J&G Grant and Gordon & MacPhail. The company primarily bottled Glenfarclas single malts but exported some Macallan to the United States.
