Buffalo Trace White Dog Mash #1

Also referred to as "Moonshine," White Dog is the name given to unaged American whiskies and this range from Buffalo Trace showcases the new spirit from each of its mashbills. This is their recipe #1 bourbon mash, a low-rye recipe used to produce the Sazerac-owned brands at Buffalo Trace. These include Buffalo Trace, E.H. Taylor and George T. Stagg. The higher-rye recipe #2 is used for the production of the various Age International brands, such as Blanton's and Elmer T. Lee.
