Bimber x Compass Box Duality Blended Malt
A special collaboration between Compass Box and London distillery, Bimber. The idea for the project was for both Compass Box and Bimber to each release a blended malt made-up of each other’s whiskies. Both releases came out at the same time and were titled Duality.
The Bimber edition of the two Duality releases is a combination of the following:
- Bimber Peated Single Malt
- A 'well-aged' Glendullan first-fill ex-Sherry cask (provided by Compass Box)
Bimber
A distillery located in the Park Royal area of north-west London. Opened in 2016, its operates a “farm-to-bottle” approach, sourcing 100% of its barley from a single producer and using traditional floor maltings and slow fermentation techniques.
Bimber Distillery Ltd
A company established in 2011 by Dariusz Plazewski and Ewelina Chruszczyk. It is the owner of the Bimber distillery in London and its associated brands. The distillery opened in 2015 and the company marketed its debut single malt whisky in 2019.
