Ben Nevis
A historic malt distillery located in the Highland region of Scotland. Since 1989 it has been Japanese-owned as part of the Asahi Group. Although it only produces single malt today, the distillery dabbled in grain whisky production from 1955 to 1984, even producing rare examples of single blends.
The McCraes
A lesser-seen brand of independently bottled Scotch whiskies from Hunter Laing & Co. The label was bottled by the company under the John McCrae & Co trading name although is now their preferred pseudonym for a certain "teaspooned" Speyside malt.
*John McCrae & Co
A trading name used by Hunter Laing & Co to bottle its The McCraes brand of single cask Scotch whiskies. The company has also occasionally used the John McCrae name to bottle a certain "teaspooned" blended malt from Speyside.
