Amrut Intermediate Sherry Batch #2
Intermediate Sherry is an expression that has initially been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks. It is then re-racked into oloroso sherry casks for a year before being returned to bourbon casks for a final finishing period.
