Bidding advice
You can place bids either under the lot image on the main auction page or on the right side of the individual lot page.
Placing a Maximum Bid
Use the "Set your bid limit" button on the left side of the bidding panel to enter the highest amount you're willing to bid on a lot. Our system will then automatically raise your bid in set increments if you’re outbid, up to your maximum. If someone bids above your set limit, we’ll notify you by email so you can choose whether to increase your bid.
Placing a Single Bid
Alternatively, place a single bid by selecting the button on the right side of the bidding panel. The button displays the amount needed for the next increment. For example, if the current highest bid is £50.00, the button will show "+ £55.00" (reflecting a £5.00 increment).
Incremental Bidding Explained
Our system increases bids based on preset increments, as shown in the table below, whether you set a maximum bid or make a single bid.

Dalmunach 2015 Carn Mor 8 Year Old
One of Scotland's most modern distilleries, Dalmunach was constructed by Chivas Brothers in 2014. It stands on the site of the former Imperial distillery in Speyside (dismatled the year prior), and is named after a water pool in the local area. Overseen by Douglas Cruickshank, who began his career at Imperial, the design of Dalmunach retains several features of its predecessor, including recycling the red brick from the original mill for its entranceway, and wood from the washbacks to clad the walls of the tun room. The first Dalmunach single malt was bottled by Chivas Brothers as part of its Reserve Collection in 2019.
This Dalmunach was distilled 2015 and matured in oloroso butts for 8 years. It was bottled by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers in 2024, under their Càrn Mòr label.
This is a Strictly Limited bottling, a small batch and single cask sub-category of Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers’ Carn Mor label. Formerly Morrison & Mackay, they are a Perth-based company producing a number of whisky liqueurs as well as independent single malts and blends, including the popular recently revived Old Perth. In 2017 the firm completed the construction of the Aberargie distillery in the town of the same name.
One of 1,756 bottles.
