Whyte and Mackay The Whisky of 1990 Framed Poster

An interesting Whyte and Mackay poster from 1990, drawing the connection between the companies Glasgow roots in the year that it was named European City of Culture.

The artwork depicts a view facing westward down the River Clyde, with the Clyde Auditorium and Finnieston Crane in the distance, and the site where you would now see the SSE Hydro concert hall.

The font of the text is in the art nouveau \"New Glasgow\" style, synonymous with Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Glasgow School of Art.

Poster and frame dimensions: 41cm (W) x 53cm (L)
