It's really great to offer vintages from Glen Albyn from the 1970s, this 1977 Signatory Vintage bottling was distilled on 12th August 1977 and bottled 7th December 1999.

Single cask #1952 yielded 348 bottles.

Glenlochy 1977 Gordon and MacPhail

Glenlochy is incredibly thin on the ground these days and becoming rarer and rarer by the year. Gordon and MacPhail have released more from this distillery than anyone else and we are lucky to have one this month.

Distilled in 1977 and bottled in 1997 within their Connoisseurs Choice range.

Distilled on the 14th of October 1994 and bottled in October 2013.

Matured in a single Pedron Ximenez sherry puncheon with cask number 3385.

Glen Garioch 1986 Single Cask

A single cask Glen Garioch distilled in 1986 and bottled in 2011 from Batch No.11, aged for 25 years.

Matured exclusively in a single North American Oal cask 

Glenfiddich 2001 Spirit of Speyside 2016

Available at Glenfiddich distillery throughout the Spirit of Speyside whisky festival 2016

Distilled in 2001 and matured in a 2nd fill sherry butt #14089.

Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Havana Reserve

The short lived 'Havana' Reserve 21 year old Glenfiddich, which was removed from circulation due to causing issues in the US with it's association with Cuba.

Finished in rum casks, this whisky was replaced eventually with the current 21 year old Glenfiiddich Gran Reserva.

The late Iain Banks in his search for the perfect dram in his book Raw Spirit, claimed this to be it.

Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Ancient Reserve Decanter

A very elegant decanter produced by 'Spode' containing 18 year old Glenfiddich. 

Glen Elgin 12 Year Old Flora and Fauna

One of the more difficult to find Flora and Fauna bottlings, the 12 year old Glen Elgin was discontinued several years ago.

Glen Ord 1974 Rare Malt 23 Year Old 

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Glen Ord was distilled in 1974 and bottled 23 years later, this is bottle 3233.

Glendronach 15 Year Old 1990s 1 Litre

Similar to the ‘90’s 12 year old Sherry cask, this 15 year old led the sales volume for Glendronach in the 1990’s before the distillery was passed to Billy Walker.  Billy then paid the old 15 year old the compliment of developing the new Revival in the early noughties which has been another resounding success.

Glenesk 1984 Gordon and Macphail 

A rare bottling of Glen Esk, distilled 1984 and bottled in 1998 by Gordon and MacPhail.

Glen Moray 25 Port Cask Finish Batch #2

The second batch of the Elgin distillery's absolutely cracking 25 Year Old, which is matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in casks that previously contained Port.

Each bottle is hand signed by Graham Coull, Glen Moray's master distiller.
