An 8 year old pure malt produced by The Ladyburn Distillery Co...

We can't say for sure but a lot of folks seem pretty sure that some/most/all of the liquid is Ladyburn.

Diamond 2004 Versailles Single Cask 14 Year Old / Milan Rum Festival 2019

This rum was distilled at Diamond distillery in 2004 using the Versailles single wooden pot still, and bottled to limited release in September 2018.

Selected by Andrea Giannone and Guiseppe Gervasio Dolci for the Milano Rum Festival. 

One of 272 bottles.

Dalmore Spey Dram / 2012 Season

The River Spey is world-renowned as a classic Salmon fishing river which runs through the heart of Scotland's malt whisky country.

The Rivers Collection included four bottlings named after four famous Scottish Salmon rivers, The Dee, The Spey, The Tweed and The Tay. In recognition of the various trusts a donation was made to the Tay Foundation, Tweed Foundation, Spey Foundation and Dee Trust when these bottles were originally on the market.

Dalwhinnie 12 Year Old Manager's Dram 2009

The Manager’s Dram series of whiskies were bottled exclusively for employees of what is now known as Diageo.  These whiskies were selected by the respective distillery managers within Diageo malt distilling and bottled at natural cask strength.

Bottled in 2009 as a 12 year old Dalwhinnie.

Distilled on 13th June 1996 and bottled in 2017 after maturing in a single hogshead for over 21 years.

This Flora and Fauna 15 year old Dufftown has been discontinued for a number of years and has since been replaced by 'The Singleton of Dufftown' range of whiskies.

Distillers Company Ltd (DCL/Diageo) created the Flora and Fauna series in the early 1990s.

Part of Old Pulteney's Lighthouse collection, released in the autumn of 2013.

Pentland Skerries is named two lighthouses, which are located on the archipelago between the mainland and Orkney.

Distilled 18th June 2001 and matured for 15 years in a first fill ex-red wine hogshead.

A single cask blended malt from Old Perth.

Distilled in 1996 and bottled at 22 years of age by Morrison & MacKay of Aberargie.

One of 326 bottles. 

Old Fitzgerald Prime Bourbon 1 Litre

Currently distilled at Heaven Hill, this brand was once under the ownership of the legendary Pappy Van Winkle, who bought it for the princely sum of $10,000 from Old Judge distillery at the close of prohibition in 1933.

Heaven Hill procured the brand from United Distillers in 1999, who had been producing it until then using the remaining Stitzel-Weller stock.

This was distilled at Heaven Hill's Bernheim site.

The branding still has a key on its logo, harking back to its former Stitzel-Weller days.

Dumbarton 1963 Signatory Vintage 26 Year Old Miniature 5cl

Distilled in June 1963 and bottled in August 1989 by Signatory Vintage. 

This particular bottling is a single grain whisky from the now closed Dumbarton distillery.

Dingle Irish Single Malt Small Batch No. 3 / Bourbon and Port Casks

The Dingle Whisky distillery started production in 2012.

This release is a marriage of single malt whisky matured in two cask types, ex-bourbon and ex-port.

Dalmore Cigar Malt 75cl

The well-known Dalmore Cigar Malt and one of the original releases prior to being discontinued in 2009.

This eventually returned to the range in the form of Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve.

Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve

The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve is drawn from casks of three types: American white oak ex-bourbon casks, 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry butts and premier cru Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques with the idea being to compliment a cigar.

Delamain Pale & Dry Cognac 1970s

Delamain's Pale & Dry cognac. 

Delamain is one of the oldest Cognac houses in France, and is notable to this day for its insistence on quality. The house does not produce any VS or VSOP expressions, and prefers to dilute the strength of its product to 40% using lower strength cognac (Faibles) rather than water.

Dalmore 15 Year Old

Dalmore 15 year old was matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and then a further maturation in three different sherry casks: Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem Oloroso.

Old Pulteney 2001 Whisky Agency 12 Year Old 

This Old Pulteney was matured in a single barrel before being bottled by The Whisky Agency in 2013. 

A joint bottling with the Nectar, this is one of 261 bottles procued for Spirits in the Sky Festival, Leuven in 2013

Dalmore Gran Reserva 

Typically aged between 10 and 15 years and drawn from first fill casks.  

The Dalmore Gran Reserva contains whiskies from both Oloroso Sherry butts and bourbon barrels, with a 2:1 ratio.  

The whisky is then married for a further six months in true Dalmore fashion.

Dingle Irish Single Malt Small Batch No. 3 / Bourbon and Port Casks
