Aged in exclusively first fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads for 17-18 years. 

481 casks for this whisky were specifically laid down in 1999's to do something \"rocking.\"

This elusive malt from William Grant's Dufftown complex was matured in \"a mix of Hogshead and Sherry butts\" for 23 years.

Highland Park Drakkar 1 litre

A travel retail release named Drakkar which is the Norse for dragon. This referred to the long ships that the Vikings used to rule the shores of Europe from 8th to the 11th century. 

The liquid includes a high volume of sherry casks.

Presented in the dumpy style bottle of the period.

Kyoto Ki No Bi Sei Dry Gin

The first release of their impressive dry gin, distilled at Kyoto Distillery.

A pretty unbeleivable and highly sought after spirit, this gin was released last year in 2016 and was made using a rice spirit base which included some locally sourced botanicals such as yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho and gyokuro tea.

The botanicals are split into six flavour groups (Base, Citrus, Tea, Spice, Fruity & Floral and Herbal), and each group is distilled individually before being blended together. 

The Sei is a higher proof version than the standard release, bottled at 54.5%

Initially available at shops and bars on the Royal Navy base at Faslane, The Dolphins later became available to Highland Park Inner Circle Members, this time presented in an updated glossy black bottle.

Kilchoman 2010 Quarter Cask

This is the second limited release of Kilchoman's Original Cask Strength, having been fully matured for over 6 years in quarter casks and bottled at cask strength.

The whisky was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2016.

A well-aged, popular, and stunning blend produced by Suntory.

Suntory announced in May 2018 that the 17 year old would be discontinued.
