Johnnie Walker White Walker 1 Litre

A limited edition blend from Johnnie Walker, who has endured a number of bizarre transmogrifications in 2018, first into a woman, and now a grumpy wall-astern snow zombie. Still Scottish then, at least.

The White Walker of course is the frosty non-blonde villain army from the HBO behemoth, Game of Thrones, and this release is just the first in a series that will see Diageo reimagine many of its Classic Malts.

In keeping with the theme, the blend contains single malt from Cardhu and Clynelish; \"one of Scotland's northernmost distilleries,\" and is chill filtered to 1.5°.

The bottle also instructs you to freeze it \"for an unexpected icy reveal.\" Whisky Auctioneer does not condone drinking frozen spirits.

This is a 1 litre travel retail bottling.

Joseph Magnus is is an historic bourbon brand, first established in 1892, and re-established in 2015 by Jimmy Turner, who opened the Jos. A. Magnus distillery in Washington, DC.

Finished in sherry casks, the liquid has been bottled exclusively from the private barrel of Potomac Wines & Spirits. Jos. A Magnus and Co's barrels are generally sourced from MGP in Indiana and matured in the warehouses at Heaven Hill.

Bottle number 125 of only 180 produced.

Early Times Kentucky Straight 'Bourbon' 1960s / Soffiantino Import

A late 1960s bottle of Kentucky straight \"bourbon\" for the Italian market. Due to the use of refill barrels in the production process of the Early Times brand, it is not permitted to label itself as a bourbon in the US. These rules however do not apply in foreign markets.

Distilled and bottled by the Brown-Forman company at their distillery in Louisville, Kentucky.

Edradour 1995 Cask Strength Decanter

This 1995 vintage Edradour, officially bottled by distillery owners, Signatory Vintage in the elegant glass bottles used for their Decanter Collection.

Distilled on 11th December 1995 and bottled on 24th April 2009 from cask number 467.

Jameson 12 Year Old '1780' 1 Litre

The 12 year old was originally called the 1780 in reference to the opening of the distillery.

The 1780 in the name is a reference to the year in which Jameson's historic Bow Street distillery was opened. Production of the brand now takes place at New Midleton after the formation of the Irish Distillers group in 1966 that amalgamated Jameson with Dublin neighbours, Powers, and Cork Distillers. Bow Street closed in 1971.

This limited edition bottle is the fourth to be released by Jameson in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.

The eyecatching label was designed by Irish illustrator Steve Simpson featuring a whimsical map of Dublin.

John Jameson and Son 3 Star Miniature 1966 / John Fitzgerald & Son

An old miniature bottle of Jameson 3 star Irish whiskey bottled by John Fitzgerald & Son. 

The practice of merchant bottlings was common throughout Ireland and indeed, many of the most recognisable Irish whiskies today started out as such. Jameson in particular did not officially bottle their own whiskey until 1968, after the Irish Distillers merger with Powers and Cork Distillers. The then Dublin-based distillers offered their products only by the barrel, which is how this Gilbey's bottling came about.

Distilled at the closed Bow Street distillery which ceased production 1971 and now houses the Jameson visitor's centre. 

We estimate this bottle to be from or slightly after 1966 based on the bottle press date.

Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon 2017 Release / Batch #B517

Cask Strength Elijah Craig produced at Heaven Hill and bottled at cask strength.

This is the second 2017 batch, bottled in May that year.

Batch #B517 won Whisky Advocate’s 2017 Whisky of the Year and was featured in the Winter 2017 magazine issue. Elijah Craig was selected from hundreds of samples submitted globally throughout the year. Whisky Advocate’s Top 20 are selected every year from a group of the highest-rated whiskeys nominated by the Buying Guide reviewers, and ranked based on quality, value and availability.

Jura 20 Year Old One and All

A limited edition, small batch release from Jura. 

One of the famous heavily peated Isle of Jura’s from 1999. 

This particular bottle was distilled on 27^th January 1999 and bottled on the 18^th August 2006 from cask #5000. 

Bottled to coincide with the Feis Ile there were 500 bottles release this is bottle 432 of 500. 

Signed on the front of the label by the then distillery manager Mickey Heads.
