An independent bottling from Knockdhu distillery (the whisky itself is now known as AnCnoc) from The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. 

Distilled 2nd September 2009 and aged in a refill ex-bourbon barrel.

The second Irish whisk(e)y to be bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company.

The label depicts Aeneas Coffey, inventor of the Coffey still being told to \"jog on\" by his native Irishmen. Ireland was the only country not to adopt use of Coffey stills, being understandably quite attached to the traditional pot still method.

This whisky was distilled at Loch Lomond Distillery and matured in a sherry hogshead.

Bottled in 2018 by Malts of Scotland.

A pretty unbeleivable and highly sought after spirit, this gin was released last year in 2016 and was made using a rice spirit base which included some locally sourced botanicals such as yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho and gyokuro tea.

The botanicals are split into six flavour groups (Base, Citrus, Tea, Spice, Fruity & Floral and Herbal), and each group is distilled individually before being blended together. 

The Sei is a higher proof version than the standard release, bottled at 54.5%

Distilled on the 17th of October 2007, matured for 10 years in single sherry hogshead #160101.

Islay Single Malt 2008 Anam na h-Alba / Port Finish

An independent bottling from Anam na h-Alba of a mystery Islay single malt, this bottling is known as 'Flaming Fergie'.

Distilled in 2008 and matured in a single bourbon barrel before a period of extra maturation in a port cask. 

Bottled in 2015, this is bottle number 71 of 120. 

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2018 Edition

This is the 2018 release of the hugely popular Loch Gorm from Kilchoman. A vatting of nineteen Oloroso sherry butts filled in 2007, 2008 and 2011 before being bottled in Spring 2018. 

Limited to 15,000 bottles.

Inver House 12 Year Old Green Plaid

Back in 1956, USA based Publicker Industries of Philadelphia created a blend called Inver House Rare. Then, in 1964 they established Inver House Distillers Ltd following the purchase of a whisky distilling complex at Airdrie.

Inver House is still going strong today under the ownership of William Davidson & Co, but with more of a focus on single malts.

This Oloroso sherry matured whisky was produced in Taiwan. The distillery has been making a big splash as the awards fly in. 

Kilchoman Inaugural 100% Islay

Released in 2011, this is the inaugural bottling of Kilchoman's popular 100% Islay releases.

All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay take place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman. Bottled at 50% ABV and peated to a lower level to that of other releases.

Aged in a combination of fresh and refill bourbon barrels for 3 years.

Kavalan Podium

This whisky was produced in Taiwan, the distillery has been making a big splash as the awards fly in. This one received a Silver medal at the 2015 World Whisky Awards. 

Matured in a combination of new American oak and the distillery's own refill casks.

Matured in Oloroso butts, and is  5 years of age.
