In her book But Always Fine Bourbon, Sally Van Winkle Campbell claims they did not have the exact Weller recipe until their partnership with her brother, Julian Van Winkle III was agreed in 2002. Undoubtedly a nod of approval from the family for the modern day product.

Located in Thurso, this is the Northern most distillery on the UK mainland. Named for a long lost distillery that ended around 1850, this new Wolfburn opened in 2013. 

This bottle was produced  in collaboration with Carnegie Whisky Cellars to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of World War 1.

Originally only available at the distillery and at Carnegi Whisky Cellars in Dornoch.

The Woodford Reserve brand is produced by the Brown-Forman company, typically using column still whiskey from their Shively distillery, and pot still whiskey from the historic Woodford Reserve distillery in Versailles (formerly Old Oscar Pepper, and Labrot & Graham), which they re-opened in 1993.

This is part of their Master's Collection, which boasts whiskey purely from the copper pot stills of the Versailles site.

Knob Creek 2001 Limited Edition 100 Proof Batch #1

A 14 year old small batch bourbon, distilled at Jim Beam in 2001. At the time, this was the oldest expression of Knob Creek they had released. Starting off with a predicted yield of 12,000 it was divided into 3 batches.

This is Batch #1 and was bottled in 2016.

Kilchoman 10th Anniversary

To celebrate the 10th year of Kilchoman they released this alongside their Feis Ile 2015 bottle. 

A combination of bourbon and sherry casked whiskies from vintages between 2005 and 2012. 

One of 3000 bottles. 

King's Ransom Scotch Whisky 1960s

King's Ransom, was at one time the most expensive whisky in the world and was rumored present when Stalin, Churchill and Truman signed the Potsdam Conference after the Second World War.

We estimate this older bottle to be from the 1960s.

Formerly known as Old Weller, the \"old\" has been dropped on the new packaging. This has been bottled at 107 proof and used to carry a 7 year age statement but this has now been removed.

Kilchoman 100% Islay 2nd Edition​

The 2nd release of Kilchoman's popular 100% Islay releases, bottled in 2012.

All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay took place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman. Bottled at 50% ABV and peated to a lower level to that of other releases. This second release was matured in a combination of fresh and refill bourbon barrels.
