This is technically one of the world's largest distilleries producing both malt and grain, also having its own cooperage and bottling plant.

Barreled on 6th November 1981 .   Barrel number #379.

Released in very limited quantities.

Finlaggan 1980 Single Islay Malt

A very rare bottling of Finlaggan from the Vintage Malt Whisky Co, distilled in 1980 and bottled in 1994.

It has long been disputed what distilleries provide the whiskies to the Vintage Malt Whisky popular single malts Finlaggan and Ileach, it has widely been accepted that these are Caol Ila or Lagavulin.

Fonseca 1970 Vintage Port

Vintage Port is a specific style of Ruby Port which is made only in exceptional years and from the ripest grapes.  The wine is fermented and fortified before being aged for 2 years in massive oak vats which, contrary to the far-smaller hogsheads or port pipes which are used for Tawny Ports, prevent oxidation thus maintaining the ripe fruit character.  Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for several decades.

1970 was an exceptional year and harvest with the vast majority of Port Houses and Single Estates declaring a vintage, many of which will benefit from further ageing yet.

Fujikai 10 Year Old Single Malt 2 x 50cl

Nonjatta can provide a great deal of helpful information about unusual, new whiskies produced from Japan.

This was created by Monde Shuzo, in partnership with Les Whiskies du Monde, it’s been matured in ex-bourbon casks for 10 years.

It comes in a 50cl bottle and is limited to 8,808 bottles. “Fujikai” refers to Mt Fuji and “Kai-no-kuni” which is the old name for Yamanashi prefecture.

Elmer T Lee Single Barrel

This whisky is named after the legendary Elmer T. Lee (1919-2013), who was hired in 1949 by Col. Albert B. Blanton to work at Buffalo Trace (Named George T. Stagg Distillery at the time).  

Starting from the bottom he worked his way up to Master distiller then retiring in 1985, he passed away in 2013 aged 93.

Foursquare 11 Year Old Zinfandel Cask Blend

One cask matured in Bourbon for 11 years and one cask where the liquid was aged for five years in Bourbon and then six years in a Zinfandel cask. The two rums were then blended together and bottled in September 2015.

E.Guigal 1988 Côte-Rôtie

Domaine Guigal was founded in 1946 by Etienne Guigal in the Northern Rhône Valley appellation of Côte-Rôtie.  This appellation produces exclusively red wines from the Syrah grape, though interestingly (and delightfully) permits small quantities of the white grape, Viognier, to be blended in.

This Côte-Rôtie follows just such a blend, with 96% Syrah and 4% Viognier, matured for 36 months in oak barrels, of which 50% was new oak.  1988 was a very good vintage for the wines of the Rhône Valley.

Foursquare 2001 Kill Devil Single Cask 14 Year Old Rum

Released in August 2001, this is a single cask Rum from Barbados.

In the 17th and 18th Centuries, islanders referred to their locally made distillates as kill devil. Today the superstitions have gone, but the good rum is still present.

Faustino V Reserva 1968 Rioja 3x75cl

From their vineyards and winery in the Rioja Alavesa subregion, Faustino have grown to become one of Spain's most recognisable wine brands.

Their Reserva is a blend of Tempranillo (~90%) and Mazuelo (~10%), matured for 16 months in American and French oak barrels.  Despite the 2 different labels, these are all from the 1968 vintage.
