Taketsuru 35 Year Old Pure Malt

A very rare bottling of Taketsuru released in 2008, At 35 years this is the oldest Taketsuru and this blended malt contains casks from Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, the oldest available stock from both distilleries.

It is extremely limited and only 1000 bottles were available only in Japan.

Dalmore 1976 Cadenhead's 37 Year Old

A stunning example of well aged Dalmore from Cadenhead's at what will no doubt will be a bargain compared to the official counter parts at this age.

Distilled in 1976 and bottled in March 2014 and matured in a rum cask.

Tomatin 1965 Douglas Laing 36 Year Old

Distilled in January 1965 and bottled in February 2001 at cask strength.

One of 214 bottles.

Dallas Dhu 1982 Historic Scotland Cask Strength 24 Year Old 

Distilled in 1982 not long before the distilleries closure then bottled in 2007 by Historic Scotland, the Government body that runs the former distillery as a museum.

Word on the street is that they are making moves to start the distillery back up and running.

This expression was created by moving the spirit through three different bourbon casks each one hand selected by Richard.

This was bottled for the Italian market by Sestante.

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Dallas Dhu was distilled in 1970 and bottled in one of the earlier Rare Malt releases (1994/1995).

Bottled by Historic Scotland to commemorate the Golden Jubiee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2002.

Dailuaine 1997 Managers' Choice 

The Managers' Choice releases were quite controversial when initially released, fairly young whiskies with quite high price tags. With the changes in the industry and age statements becoming less and less common perhaps these can be considered quite reasonable now.

Distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2009 from single cask #8476 this is bottle number 265.

The Lord Balliol 20 Year Old Single Malt / Sherry Cask #1 

\"A limited edition bottling of 20 year old Sherry cask matured single malt scotch whisky, believed to be Glenfarclas. 70cl. 46% abv. Distilled in 1986. Bottle no. 15 of 282 bottles. The bottle and the presentation box bear the legend \"My sweet, silent, companion\" which refers to Dervorgilla Lady of Galloway who had her husband John Balliol's heart embalmed and placed in a silver and ivory casket which she held close to her for 20 years and on her own death was buried with it. Level mid-low neck. Excellent condition. 1 bottle.\"
