Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac circa 1970s

Remy Martin is perhaps the most well known of all Cognac producers and has established a reputation for quality that very few others can relate to.

This is a stunning older example of their Louis XIII Baccarat decanter, which holds Grande Champagne cognac aged between 40 and 100 years.

Rouyer Guillet 1875 Grande Fine Champagne Cognac

An 1875 vintage Cognac from Rouyer Guillet, who were established in 1701.

We estimate this bottle to be from the 60s/70s, making some of this liquid nealy 100 years old! Even if it has been blended over the years.

One of the oldest bottlings from Dufftown Distillery.

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Rosebank was distilled in 1981 and bottled in the May 2002 release, at another impressive abv of 62.3%.

Dalmore 1976 Cadenhead's 37 Year Old

A stunning example of well aged Dalmore from Cadenhead's at what will no doubt will be a bargain compared to the official counter parts at this age.

Distilled in 1976 and bottled in March 2014 and matured in a rum cask.

Rosebank 1979 Rare Malt 20 Year Old

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Rosebank was distilled in 1979 and bottled 20 years later in October 1999.

Dallas Dhu 1982 Historic Scotland Cask Strength 24 Year Old 

Distilled in 1982 not long before the distilleries closure then bottled in 2007 by Historic Scotland, the Government body that runs the former distillery as a museum.

Word on the street is that they are making moves to start the distillery back up and running. 

Cask number 3739 and bottle number 425. 

Dailuaine 1980 Flora and Fauna Cask Strength

Diageo released nine Flora and Fauna bottlings at full strength, including this Dailuaine distilled in 1980.

Rosebank 12 Year Old Flora and Fauna

This Flora and Fauna bottling of Rosebank has been discontinued for a number of years and was the last standard official release from Rosebank.

There have been super premium releases from Diageo since this bottle was discontinued.

Dalmore 1997 Distillery Exclusive 2016 Bourbon Finesse

This very limited single cask bottling was only available at Dalmore distillery. The spirit was created by Richard Paterson to showcase the exceptional ex-bourbon casks used for maturing Dalmore whiskies.  

This expression was created by moving the spirit through three different bourbon casks each one hand selected by Richard.

Located on the western side of the region, it's distinctve soil contributes to the overall taste and smell of the brandy.

This Dallas Dhu was distilled in 1970 and bottled in one of the earlier Rare Malt releases (1994/1995).

Dallas Dhu Historic Scotland 23 Year Old Jubillee​

Bottled by Historic Scotland to commemorate the Golden Jubiee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2002.

Rosebank 1992 Cooper's Choice

A younger release from this closed lowland distillery.

Distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2002 from single cask number 1429.

An old Cuban rum from the 1960s. 

Dailuaine 1997 Managers' Choice 

The Managers' Choice releases were quite controversial when initially released, fairly young whiskies with quite high price tags. With the changes in the industry and age statements becoming less and less common perhaps these can be considered quite reasonable now.

Distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2009 from single cask #8476 this is bottle number 265.

Dallas Dhu 1981 Duncan Taylor 26 Year Old

Distilled in April 1981 and bottled on December 2007 as a 26 year old by Duncan Taylor.

Cask number #421 yielded 249 bottles, this is number 170.

Dailuaine 1973 Rare Malt 22 Year Old 75cl / US Import

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

Distilled at Dailuaine in 1973 and bottled as a 22 year old, this is bottle number 11034.

Mano a Lámh, means ‘hand in hand’, represents the joining of two languages, Gaelic and Galician, in celebration of the relationship between the Masters of Midleton and the collective of artisans in Spain, who have crafted the distillery’s sherry butts for over 20 years.
