Elijah Craig 18 Year Old Single Barrel

The 18 year old single barrel Elijah Craig was matured in a single charred oak barrel.

Barreled on 6th November 1981 .   Barrel number #379.

Released in very limited quantities.

Edrington 150th Anniversary Blend 33 Year Old 

Produced to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of The Edrington Group (Owners of Macallan, Cutty Sark, Etc)

Only 3250 were produced and given to staff.

Edradour 10 Year Old

A slightly older bottling of Edradour 10 Year Old. Before the dumpy bottles.

From a time when they were still considered the smallest distilllery in Scotland.

Elmer T Lee Single Barrel

This whisky is named after the legendary Elmer T. Lee (1919-2013), who was hired in 1949 by Col. Albert B. Blanton to work at Buffalo Trace (Named George T. Stagg Distillery at the time).  

Starting from the bottom he worked his way up to Master distiller then retiring in 1985, he passed away in 2013 aged 93.

A Liqueuer sold in the italian market in the 1970s or 1960s. 

E.Guigal 1988 Côte-Rôtie

Domaine Guigal was founded in 1946 by Etienne Guigal in the Northern Rhône Valley appellation of Côte-Rôtie.  This appellation produces exclusively red wines from the Syrah grape, though interestingly (and delightfully) permits small quantities of the white grape, Viognier, to be blended in.

This Côte-Rôtie follows just such a blend, with 96% Syrah and 4% Viognier, matured for 36 months in oak barrels, of which 50% was new oak.  1988 was a very good vintage for the wines of the Rhône Valley.
