Foursquare 2005 Single Cask 12 Year Old / Milan Rum Festival 

Single cask rum distilled at Foursquare distillery in Barbados and bottled at 12 years old.

Distilled in November 2005 and bottled in May 2018 after the cask was selected by Andrea Giannone and Giuseppe Dolci for an exclusive Milan Rum Festival release.

One of 318 bottled at Navy strength.

Four Roses Single Barrel Reserve

An older version of Four Roses popular single barrel.

Four Roses is produced in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky by the Kirin Brewing company, who purchased the brand and distillery from longtime business partners Seagram's following their dissolution in the the 2000s. Amazingly, Four Roses was not available as a straight bourbon, let alone a single barrel in the US market until then.

FEW Spirits Delilah 23rd Anniversary

A special vatting of 23 casks of FEW whiskies, mostly bourbon and rye selected by the team of Delilah's Rock Bar, Chicago to celebrate its 23rd anniversary.

FEW Spirits' distillery is based in Evanstown, Illinois, once a stronghold for the Temperance Movement in a state considered the birthplace of Prohibition. Evanston was founded as a \"dry community\" by Frances Elizabeth Willard, from whom the FEW acronym is derived.

Famous Grouse Scottish Oak Finish 50cl

Bottled in 2005 this is a blend of Scottish whisky finished in Scottish oak.

Friar John Cor Quincentenary 1 Litre

A bottling released in 1994 to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the oldest recorded reference to Scotch Whisky, an authorisation from the King for Friar John Cor to make Spirit on the 1st of June 1495.

Fettercairn 1990 Liquid Sun 23 Year Old

A 1990 vintage from Fettercairn, bottled in 2013 from a refill hogshead cask.

The Whisky Agency was founded in Germany by Carsten Ehrlich, who is also the driving force behind The Whisky Fair in Limburg, one of the world's most renowned annual whisky gatherings. Their passion is unquestionable, and they have a regular release schedule of high quality single casks, often in collaboration with some of the most respected whisky bars and retailers. The Whisky Agency's labels include The Perfect Dram, Liquid Library, Private Stock, and Liquid Sun.

Liquid Sun is a subsidiary brand of The Whisky Agency, introduced to allow them to bottle a wider range of casks without overloading their catalogue. Initially bottled for the Scandinavian and Asian markets, but were later introduced to a wider audience.
 

Four Roses 6 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon 1980s / Rene Briand Import

A 1980s bottling of 6 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from the Four Roses distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.

At this time the brand was produced by Seagram who, preferring to promote their Seven Crown as the whiskey brand of choice in the US, limited Four Roses as a straight bourbon to the export market. US customers had to make do with a blended \"light\" whisky variant until the brand was acquired by Kirin in 2002, who re-introduced the straight bourbon to its native market.

Frapin Cigar Blend Grande Champagne Cognac

A single estate Cognac produced by Frapin at Chateau de Fontpinot.

Fernet-Branca Digestif 1 Litre 1960s

With a secret formula, passed down through the Branca family this digestive bitter liqueur contains 27 herbs from four continents. Including aloe from South Africa, rhubarb from China, gentian from France, galingale from India or Sri Lanka, chamomile from Italy or Argentina.

On top of that there are flowers, herbs, roots and plants used for alcoholic brews, extracts and teas that, blended in a special mixture. Fernet-Branca is then aged for at least one year in oak barrels.

Findlater's First XV 15 Year Old Scotch Decanter / Gilbert Rugby Ball

A rare 15 year old decanter produced by Wade ceramics for Findlater's Scotch Whisky to commemorate the game of Rugby, created by William Webb Ellis in 1823.

Fernet-Gambacciani Digestif 1 Litre 1950s

Fernet Tonics and other digestifs were used not only for enjoyment but also as a cure for all sorts of things.

More commonly associated with Fratelli Branca, this Fernet was produced at Distillerie O. Gambacciani.

The bottle bears the Sigillo Stella, an Italian tax medal used in the 1950s.

A newer addition to the Famous Grouce range. Blended then matured in a mix of oloroso and bourbon barrels and bottled at 16 years.

A Spanish brandy which has been matured in casks which have held Amontillado sherry.

Frejdahl Brewery Skolder Viking Voyage / with Highland Park 12 Year Old Miniature 5cl

From the brain of designer Jim Lyngvild comes this, Skolder, a beer brewed by the Freijdahl brewery using Highland Park 12 year old as an ingredient. 

The name Skolder comes from the Old Norse Word, “Skaldra”, meaning a wild and dangerous storm.

The beer was exclusively available in Denmark and is bottled in a 75cl at 6% ABV.

The presentation includes a minaiture of Highland Park 12 year old (40%).

A bottle of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from the Four Roses distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Once always stated as a 6 year old, former Four Roses Master Distiller, Jim Rutledge has confirmed that the modern iteration is a blend of 5.5 to 10 year old bourbons.

Faultline Scotch Whisky 75cl / K&L Wines

Faultline is a spirits brand created and curated by K&L Wines in San Francisco, hence the name...

This blended Scotch was produced by Douglas Laing. The Faultline brand has been used by K&L to bottle popular rum and bourbon too.
