Four Roses Single Barrel Reserve

An older version of Four Roses popular single barrel.

Four Roses is produced in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky by the Kirin Brewing company, who purchased the brand and distillery from longtime business partners Seagram's following their dissolution in the the 2000s. Amazingly, Four Roses was not available as a straight bourbon, let alone a single barrel in the US market until then.

Fettercairn 1990 Liquid Sun 23 Year Old

A 1990 vintage from Fettercairn, bottled in 2013 from a refill hogshead cask.

The Whisky Agency was founded in Germany by Carsten Ehrlich, who is also the driving force behind The Whisky Fair in Limburg, one of the world's most renowned annual whisky gatherings. Their passion is unquestionable, and they have a regular release schedule of high quality single casks, often in collaboration with some of the most respected whisky bars and retailers. The Whisky Agency's labels include The Perfect Dram, Liquid Library, Private Stock, and Liquid Sun.

Liquid Sun is a subsidiary brand of The Whisky Agency, introduced to allow them to bottle a wider range of casks without overloading their catalogue. Initially bottled for the Scandinavian and Asian markets, but were later introduced to a wider audience.

With a secret formula, passed down through the Branca family this digestive bitter liqueur contains 27 herbs from four continents. Including aloe from South Africa, rhubarb from China, gentian from France, galingale from India or Sri Lanka, chamomile from Italy or Argentina.

On top of that there are flowers, herbs, roots and plants used for alcoholic brews, extracts and teas that, blended in a special mixture. Fernet-Branca is then aged for at least one year in oak barrels.

More commonly associated with Fratelli Branca, this Fernet was produced at Distillerie O. Gambacciani.

The bottle bears the Sigillo Stella, an Italian tax medal used in the 1950s.

From the brain of designer Jim Lyngvild comes this, Skolder, a beer brewed by the Freijdahl brewery using Highland Park 12 year old as an ingredient. 

The name Skolder comes from the Old Norse Word, “Skaldra”, meaning a wild and dangerous storm.

The beer was exclusively available in Denmark and is bottled in a 75cl at 6% ABV.

The presentation includes a minaiture of Highland Park 12 year old (40%).

This blended Scotch was produced by Douglas Laing. The Faultline brand has been used by K&L to bottle popular rum and bourbon too.

Body

Customers across the world can choose to sell their rum with Whisky Auctioneer. Our Client Service team will support sellers by providing valuations for their bottles and advice on the best way to get their whisky to us for sale into our auctions.

The bottles will be checked-in, authenticated, photographed, and then listed into the next available auction, or an auction of your choice, by our expert team. Whisky Auctioneer hosts monthly auctions, where registered users from across the globe can bid on bottles via our website.  

After the auction closing date, the highest bidder will be notified by email. Payment is required within 72hrs. The buyer can then choose to ship, store, or collect the bottle(s). Buyer fees are applied during the online checkout process.  

The seller will receive payment within 21 working days of the end of the auction, directly to their chosen bank account. Seller fees will be applied to the seller’s invoice after the auction.
