Kawasaki 1982 Single Sherry Cask #7452 / 100th Anniversary

Only a handful of single casks have ever been bottled from this lost Japanese grain distillery.

This 1982 vintage was released in 2011 from sherry butt number G7452 and bottled as the 100th Anniversary Exceptional Taiwan Edition.

We are very excited to offer this bottle within our exclusive Karuizawa auction which runs from Wednesday 5th April to Monday 17th April.

Karuizawa produced outstanding whiskies, many of which have received international acclaim. They have released almost 300 single casks which are becoming increasingly rarer and rarer as demand soars.

This limited bottling is a blend of the finest Sherry Butt matured single malt whiskies from Karuizawa Distillery.

Karuizawa 1999/2000 Asama Gold Label

An multi-vintage release of Karuizawa Asama bottled at 50.5%, rare and rarely seen at auction.

Named after the active volcano located near the now closed distillery, this single malt is comprised of 1999 and 2000 sherry matured vintages which were some of the last the distillery produced, they were then married together for over 12 months.

This limited bottling is a blend of the finest sherry butt matured single malt whiskies from Karuizawa Distillery.

Karuizawa 1999/2000 Asama 46%

Named after the active volcano located near the now closed distillery, this single malt is comprised of 1999 and 2000 vintages which were some of the last the distillery produced.

The whisky has been matured in European oak sherry wood and was bottled in 2012.

Karuizawa 17 Year Old

Karuizawa produced outstanding whiskies, many of which have received international acclaim. They have released almost 300 single casks which are becoming increasingly rarer and rarer as demand soars.

This limited bottling contains whisky aged between 17 and 31 years old with a mixture of both peated and unpeated spirit contained in an attractive decanter.

Knappogue Castle 1951 75cl / US Import

A single malt Irish whiskey produced at the long-lost B. Daly distillery, former home of Tullamore Dew before it's 1960's transfer to Powers at John's Lane. The distillery closed 3 years later and this whiskey stock was discovered in the basement of Knappogue Castle by it's new owner, Mark Edwin Andrews.

Distilled in 1951 and bottled in 1987 under the castle's name.

Imported into the US by Great Spirits Company, Manhasset, NY.

Kilkerran 10 Year Old Complete Set 6 x 70cl / 10th Anniversary

To mark the re-opening of Glengyle distillery in 2004, six casks from the initial spirit run were stored away with intention of being bottled to celebrate the 10th anniversary in 2014. Each cask was of a different wood type, and this elegant box presentation contains a bottle from each, all bottled at 46%. The set consists of:

• Oloroso Wood
• Madeira Wood
• Fino Wood
• Rum Wood
• Bourbon Wood
• Port Wood

Knickerbocker Pure Rye Bottled in Bond 16 Fl Oz / Prohibition Era Bottling

An old bottle of Canadian rye whiskey, produced by the Distillers Corporation Limited, in Montreal, Canada. The Distillers Corporation was the brainchild of Samuel Bronfman in 1924, who saw a gap in the market during Prohibition in the US to make a lot of money from producing whiskey in Canada. The company grew quickly and eventually merged with Joseph E. Seagram in 1928. Seagram would go on to become one of the \"big 4\" beverage companies in the US following the repeal of Prohibtiion, and in the world as the century progressed. The conglomerate was eventually disccolved in the early 2000s after an ill-judged attempt to break into the entertainment market.

This Knickerbocker rye was produced during the Prohibition period when the company was still Distillers Corporation, and is presented in a \"tamper fee\" tin, that required a key to be opened. It has been sealed in this tin for its entire existence, opened only by us to photograph for auction.

Kininvie 17 Year Old Hazelwood Reserve

This is the first public bottling of Kininvie distillery, released in 2008, and known as the Hazelwood Reserve.

This 105 proof release celebrates the contributions of Janet Sheed Roberts to the Grant family business.

Distilled and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, this is \"the wise man's bourbon.\" Kentucky Owl is a recent re-addition to the world of American whisky, as the original Dedman family distillery was left high and dry by prohibition in the 1920's and its stock infamously looted by none other than Al Capone himself. Revived by great grandson Dixon Dedman, the Kentucky owl is back and flying higher than ever.

While the Kentucky Owl brand remains a sourced bourbon from other distilleries, it was recently purchased by the Stoli Group who have announced plans to build a Kentucky Owl distilling complex in Kentucky in the not-too-distant future.

Kyoto Ki Noh Bi Ex-Karuizawa Cask Dry Gin / 3rd Edition

This gin is extra special as it was matured in ex-Karuizawa sherry casks, marking the first-ever collaboration between Japanese whisky and Japanese gin. The Kyoto Distillery’s “Ki Noh Bi” Dry Gin is also the first Japanese gin to collaborate with the Noh Theatre, like the legendary Karuizawa distillery did before it. Noh is one of Japan’s traditional performing arts.

This 3rd edition was a European and Japanese market exclusive, released in March 2018.

Kyoto Ki Noh Bi Ex-Karuizawa Cask Dry Gin / 7th Edition

Kirin Fuji-Sanroku 18 Year Old Small Batch 2018 Release

Distilled at Kirin distilleries, this is a blend produced in a small batch for 2018. 

This is technically one of the world's largest distilleries, producing both malt and grain and also having its own cooperage and bottling plant. 

This release was category winner at the 2018 World Whisky Award.

Kilchoman 2006 Single Cask 12 Year Old #40 / Distillery Exclusive

A distillery exclusive Kilchoman. Distilled in May 2006 and bottled in April 2019 from single cask 40/2006.

Cask 40/2006 was a bourbon barrel and apparently at time of bottling the oldest single cask Kilchoman had ever produced.

Distilled in 2006 and bottled on the 7th November 2018, this is the 7th edition of the Kilchoman Club.

Kavalan Solist Vinho Barrique 

Vinho barrique Kavalan is matured using casks which previously stored either red or white wine.

This Taiwanese distillery has been making a big splash. A cask in this range won the World Whiskies Awards best single malt 2015. Very impressive!
