Glencraig 1975 Gordon and MacPhail

Distilled in 1975, this is an unusual bottle of whisky from Gordon and MacPhail bottled in 1999.

Glencraig was produced in Lomond stills located at Glenburgie distillery between 1958 and 1981.

The Connoisseurs Choice label is one of the most recognisable independent bottlings on the market. It was initially created for renowned Italian importer, Edoardo Giaccone in the early 1970s, but became a mainstay of the core Gordon & MacPhail portfolio in 1979.

Glencraig 1974 Duncan Taylor 32 Year Old

Glencraig was produced using 'Lomond' stills at Glenburgie, one of only a handful of distilleries to install this type of still, which acts as a cross between the traditional pot stills and column stills.

Distilled in March 1974 and bottled in July 2005 from single cask #2927, this is bottle number 2 of 246. 

Glenburgie abandoned its Lomond stills in 1981.

Duncan Taylor was founded in Glasgow in 1938 as a cask broker and trading company. Its modern history began in 2001 when a former Glendronach employee, Euan Shand, purchased the firm and moved it to Huntly in Aberdeenshire, using the impressive cask portfolio it has amassed over the 20th century to become one of the premier independent bottlers in Scotland.

'Like a vintage desert wine'

This Glen Scotia was distilled on the 18th March 1992 and bottled as a 25 year old.

Matured in a 2nd fill Oloroso sherry butt and bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.

One of 186 bottles released.

Glen Flagler Rare All Malt 1970s

Glen Flagler was a very short lived distillery built within the Moffat complex owned by Inverhouse Distillers. Production only existed between 1964 and 1985.

We believe this bottle dates from the late 1970s.

Glenburgie 1985 Commemorative Bottling - Opening of the New Distillery

A very rare gift pack containing a vintage 1985 Glenburgie and two branded glasses, released to commemorate the opening of the new Glenburgie distillery in 2005, 195 years after the first distillery was established on the same site in 1810.

Less than 200 bottles/gift packs were released. Includes two Glencairn glasses.

Distilled in 1985 and bottled in 2005 at cask strength 57.3%.

Glenfarclas 1953 Single Cask 58 Year Old Miniature 5cl / Wealth Solutions with DVD & Book

So few whiskies of this age are available these days, even Glenfarclas has no whisky remaining older than 1953. The whisky was distilled on 20th November 1953 and bottled on 13th February 2012, matured exclusively in a first fill sherry butt #1674.

A panel comprising of whisky connoisseur and a key member of the internationally renowned Malt Maniacs, Serge Valentin, along with Sales Director for Master of Malt, Ben Ellefsen, Michał Kowalski of Wealth Solutions and George Grant himself, unanimously made the selection from the remaining 4 casks distilled in 1953 and cask #1674 was selected to be bottled.

This single cask bottling was released at 58 years old and sold exclusively through Wealth Solutions, Poland. The miniature is accompanied by a book and a dvd

Garnheath 1978 Cooper's Choice 37 Year Old
