Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select

A new addition to the Hibiki range, a blend of over ten malts and grains featuring Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita all aged in five types of cask. 

As always with Hibiki the bottle always has 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.

Developed by fourth generation chief blender Shinji Fukuyo with production overseen by third generation master blender and great-grandson of the founder, Shingo Torii.

Port Charlotte 2001 Private Cask 12 Year Old

A peated whisky, distilled at Bruichladdich distillery on Islay in December 2001 and bottled in October 2014 after maturing in single bourbon cask #216-8. 

Highland Park 1989 Cooper's Choice 10 Year Old​

An excellent independent Highland Park, distilled in 1989 and bottled in 1998 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Company under their 'Cooper's Choice' range.

Port Mourant 2008 Single Cask 10 Year Old / Milan Rum Festival 

Single cask demerara rum distilled at Diamond distillery in Guyana. Port Mourant is their double wooden pot still rescued from a lost distillery of the same name.

Distilled in April 2008 and bottled in May 2018 after the cask was selected by Andrea Giannone and Giuseppe Dolci for an exclusive Milan Rum Festival release.

One of 235 bottled at Navy strength. 

Henry McKenna 2007 Single Barrel Bourbon 10 Year Old #3656

A bourbon brand with an interesting history. Henry McKenna was distilled by Seagram's for most of the 20th century at the Henry McKenna distillery in Fairfield, which they acquired from the family in 1941.

Seagram's closed the Fairfield distillery in 1976, and in an unusual deal, sold the domestic rights to the brand to Heaven Hill a few years later. Seagram's retained ownership of the export version however, producing it at their Four Roses distillery until their eventual dissolution in the early 2000s.

This is a single barrel bourbon distilled at Heaven Hill Bernheim on 10th April 2007 and bottled 10 years later.

Penderyn 2013 SMWS 5 Year Old 128.7

'Down the old fruit mines'

A Welsh single malt whisky from Penderyn distillery, bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.

Distilled in 2013 and matured for 5 years in a first fill wine barrique.

Haig's Dimple 1960s

An old bottle of Dimple. Dimple was produced by Haig and interestingly in 1958 the Dimple bottle was the first container to be trademarked by the US Patent office, this was because of its unique design. 

The Haig family had a long history of distilling going back as far as the 15th Century. Since 1824 when Cameronbridge distillery was opened by John Haig, Haig has been a big brand in the whisky world. As part of a distilling dynasty John Haig became important in the regulation of Whisky production and was a spokesman for the industry. Although the brand began to shrink in the 1970s, in the last year it has seen a healthy revival with the help of Mr Posh Spice David Beckham.

House of Lords 1950s / US Import​

A lovely old example of this famous blend, bottled back in the 1950s when the brand was owned by William Whiteley, who incidentally owned Edradour at the time.

The heavily peated single malt from Bruichladdich, Port Charlotte is named after a historic lost distillery from their eponymous home town.

This edition has been fully matured in French Oak. These cask were previously home to Eau de Vie produced in the Western Cognac region.

Hazelburn 2004 Oloroso Cask 14 Year Old

A 2004 Hazelburn, matured in fresh Oloroso casks and bottled at 14 years old. Hazelburn is the third expression produced at Springbank distillery. It is triple distilled, without the peat influence of Longrow.

Distilled in October 2004 and bottled in February 2019.
