Bunnahabhain 1989 Carn Mor

This is a Celebration of the Cask bottling, the single cask sub-category of Morrison & Mackay's Carn Mor label. Morrison & Mackay are a Perth-based company, producing a number of whisky liqueurs as well as independent single malts and blends, including the popular recently revived Old Perth. In 2017 the firm completed the construction of the Aberargie distillery in the town of the same name.

Distilled in 1989, this Bunnahabhain was bottled from hogshead #5750 in 2017.

This is part of a series with vintage pin-up themed labels. This example features a particularly voyeuristic through-the-keyhole shot.

Bruichladdich 2001 15 Year Old PHD_135 / Feis Ile 2016

This Feis Ile release is a vatting of casks that had been filled in 2001, the first year of the reopening of Bruichladdich. The malt was peated to 10ppm, then matured for fourteen years in first fill ex-Bourbon, sherry and French wine casks then finished in virgin oak.

One of only 1,881 bottles. 

Bowmore 1989 Mackillop's Choice 18 Year Old

A single cask from Bowmore distillery on Islay.

Distilled on 3rd April 1989 and was bottled in May 2007 at cask strength.

Benrinnes 15 Year Old Flora and Fauna / Wooden Box

One of the surviving Flora and Fauna, the Benrinnes 15 year old presented in a wooden box, which has been discontinued for some years.  

Distillerys Company Ltd (DCL/Diageo) created the Flora and Fauna series in the early 1990s, when DCL sold the distillery to Inverhouse distillers this bottle was discontinued.

Bladnoch 10 Year Old Flora and Fauna / Wooden Box

This Flora and Fauna 10 Year Old has been discontinued for a number of years and was the last Bladnoch bottling released by Diageo before they sold the distillery.

Balvenie 17 Year Old Peated Cask

The Peated Cask is a combination of spirit matured in both virgin oak casks, and casks that had previously been filled with an unreleased 2001 batch of experimental heavily-peated Balvenie.

A single cask Ben Nevis bottled by Signatory Vintage.

Distilled on 5th July 1991 and bottled on 7th May 2018 from single sherry butt #2376.

Blanton's Single Barrel Gold Edition Dumped 2019

First introduced by then Ancient Age distillery Master Distiller, Elmer T. Lee, Blanton's was the first single barrel bourbon popularised in the US. Ancient Age was renamed the Buffalo Trace distillery by the Sazerac company in 1999.

Normally a 6 to 8 year old bourbon, it is aged in Warehouse H at Buffalo Trace, which is the only metal-clad warehouse at the distillery, commissioned for construction by Albert B. Blanton, after whom the whiskey is named. The warehouse was built shortly after prohibition and being metal, transfers heat quicker than brick warehouses, allowing for more rapid ageing.

This Gold Edition was dumped on 14th January 2019 and is bottled at the slightly higher 103 US proof.

Since 1999, each bottle of Blanton's has one of 8 different stoppers, each depicting a horse and jockey at a different stage of finishing a race. The designs are all lettered so that a complete set laid out side by side will spell \"BLANTONS.\"

The 21 year old Balvenie Port Wood is a well known core range product from Balvenie.

The liquid has received an additional period of maturation in traditional Port pipes.

Ben Nevis 1998 Whisky Agency 18 Year Old / Three Rivers

An independent bottling of single malt from Highland distillery, Ben Nevis.

Distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2016 for The Whisky Agency and Three Rivers bar in Tokyo.

The Whisky Agency was founded in Germany by Carsten Ehrlich, who is also the driving force behind The Whisky Fair in Limburg, one of the world's most renowned annual whisky gatherings. Their passion is unquestionable, and they have a regular release schedule of high quality single casks, often in collaboration with some of the most respected whisky bars and retailers. The Whisky Agency's labels include The Perfect Dram, Liquid Library, Private Stock, and Liquid Sun.

Bruichladdich 2002 Micro Provenance Single Cask 7 Year Old #1244 75cl / Park Avenue Liquor Shop​, NY

Released as a single cask within the Micro Provenance series from Bruichladdich.

A single European oak Chateau d'Yquem cask was filled on the 25th of November 2002 and bottled 7 years later, exclusively for The Park Avenue Liquor Shop, NY.

One of 219 bottles.

Bruichladdich 2001 Single Cask 11 Year Old / Wee Ruari

The first spirit distilled after the re-opening of Bruichladdich in 2001.

Named after Ruari Reynier, son of then distillery owner, Mark, who was born on the same day 5 months earlier, as the re-birth of Bruichladdich was first beginning.

Balblair 1990 2nd Release 2017​

The second release of the 1990 vintage from Balblair, bottled in 2017.

Matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and Spanish oak ex-sherry butts.

Bushmills 21 Year Old Three Wood

A very rare bottling of Bushmills, this 21 year was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks before being finished in Madeira casks.

Winner of the Best Irish Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2012. This is the 2011 release. 

Balcones Hechiceros Tenth Anniversary Port Cask Finish

The Balcones range has been widely acclaimed in the 10 years since they started up. They are Texas based distillers that are genuinely trying to be different. 

This is Texas single malt whisky and was bottled to mark the distillery's 10th anniversary in 208.

The whisky has been finished in port casks and bottled at cask strength.

One of three Bowmore Feis Ile releases for 2016. This has been matured in a selection of four American Virgin Oak barrels and a 1st fill Oloroso Sherry butt which were then re-racked and married together in original oak.
