A special release version of Singleton of Glendullan.

Diageo's 2018 collaboration with HBO sees their Classic Malts range reimagined as being somehow related to the landed houses of the Game of Thrones television series.

Speyside 1992 Douglas Laing 20 Year Old 75cl / US Exclusive

An independently bottled Speyside from Douglas Laing.

Distilled in May 1992, matured for 20 years in a single cask and bottled in May 2012 for the US market. Sherry butt #DL8472 was selected specially by Brad Jarvis and yielded 150 bottles. 

The Old Malt Cask series is one of the most established independent labels on the market. It was launched by Douglas Laing in 1998 and bottled by them until 2013 when the brand became part of the Hunter Laing portfolio instead.

Springbank 15 Year Old

The 15 year old Springbank is incredibly popular for drinkers and collectors, with old and new releases generating plenty of interest! 

Skara Brae 1999 Cooper's Choice 17 Year Old Cask #46 / The Secret Orkney

A mysterious malt from Orkney meaning it's a 50/50 guess between Highland Park and Scapa. The name 'Skara Brae' comes from a stone-built Neolithic settlement on the Bay of Skaill on the Island.

Distilled in November 1999 and aged for 17 years, the liquid was drawn from bourbon cask #64. 

One of only 354 bottles.

The bottles bears the Sigillo Stella, an Italian tax medal used in the 1950s.

This was the Glasgow edition, available only at World of Whiskies at Glasgow International Airport.

Strathmill 1996 Edition Spirits 21 Year Old

Am independent bottling of Strathmill single malt.

Edition Spirits was founded in 2010 by Scott and Andrew Laing, the sons of Douglas Laing founder, Stewart. When he left Douglas Laing to establish the new Hunter Laing company in 2013, he was joined by his sons who made Edition Spirits one of its operating arms, along with Langside Distillers.

Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2018 from single refill hogshead #HL15187.

An independent bottling of Speyside from the Anam na h-Alba range.

Anam na h-Alba means \"the soul of Scotland,\" and the company was founded in Germany in 2012 by Thomas Skowronek.

Distilled in April 1995 and bottled from a single bourbon hogshead in December 2015.

Suntory Umeshu Plum Liqueur 75cl / Yamazaki Casks

This plum liqueur is aged in toasted oak whisky casks from Yamazaki, and is mixed with whisky that has been matured in plum liqueur casks.

An aged brandy produced by Japanese whisky giant, Suntory.

Strathmill 1996 Signatory VIntage 22 Year Old 75cl / Binny's

Am independent bottling of Strathmill single malt.

Signatory Vintage were established in 1988 by Andrew Symington and are one of Scotland's most prolific independent bottlers. Their offices and bottling facility are located next to Edradour distillery, which they have also owned since 2002.

Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2018 from single hogshead #2097, specially selected by Binny's Beverage Dept in the US.

Spirit of Unity

Created by a number of independent distillers - Arran, BenRiach, Bladnoch, Glendronach, Glengyle, Kilchoman and Springbank. Their whisky was blended, bottled and sold with all contributors to this project waiving their usual fees so £40.94 of every bottle could be donated to help Refugees International Japan after the Tsnumai which caused so much destruction in early 2011.

2,000 bottles were released with 1,200 being sold in the UK.

Suntory Old Whisky 66cl / Silver Label

A fantastic bottling of Suntory whisky, in the iconic dumpy bottle.

This blend contains malt produced at Yamazaki distillery.

Smith and Cross Plummer & Wedderburn Pot Still Jamaica Rum

A pure pot still Jamaica rum from Smith and Cross. Plummer and Wedderburn are two of the main classifications the British had on Jamaica rum distillate in the late 19th and early 20th century (when it was all pot-still) and these were taken back to the British Isles, regarded as the \"home-trade\" quality.

Plummer and Wedderburn type rums are famous for their exotic fruit flavours.

Bottled by Hayman Distillers in the UK at navy strength.

Sheep Dip 1999 Amaroso Oloroso 9 Year Old 20cl

This 1999 vintage of Sheep Dip malt was blended and casked in Scotland before being matured at Sanchez Romate, Spain so not technically scotch whisky

Suntory Special Reserve Yokohama Exotic Showcase ’89

A fantastic bottle of Special Reserve distilled in pot stills at Suntory's distilleries and blended.

Special Reserve was first launched in 1969 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Suntory.

This particular bottle was for the Yokohama Exotic Showcase ’89.

Sazerac Straight Rye

A very popular rye produced at Buffalo Trace and named after the distillery proprietors, the Sazerac company.

The Sazerac company in turn, is named after the Sazerac Coffee House, a bar owned by company founder, Thomas H. Handy. The Sazerac company bought what is now the Buffalo Trace distillery in 1992 (known as the Ancient Age distillery until 1999).

Spica 1997 North Star 20 Year Old

A limited edition 20 year old blended Scotch whisky produced by North Star Spirits in Glasgow.

Distilled in October 1997 and bottled in 2018, the Spica is a \"spicy\" blend of malt and grain matured in European and American oak.

One of only 1000 bottles.

Strathisla 12 Year Old 

A 12 year old expression produced at one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland. 

Speybridge 2001 Wilson and Morgan Blended Malt

A Highland blended malt brought to you by Wilson & Morgan. The liquid was distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2015. 

Wilson & Morgan was founded in Italy in 1992 by Fabio Rossi, the son of prolific importer Mario Rossi Jr, who began distributing Scotch whisky back in the 1960s. His son’s company was one of a new generation of Italian bottlers established in the 1990s, which aimed to replicate the successes of predecessors like Samaroli and Moon Import.

Singleton of Glen Ord 15 Year Old

Glen Ord is typically only available in Asian markets but now joins Dufftown and Glendullan under Diageo's The Singleton banner.
