Glenmorangie 1993 Ealanta

The fourth edition of Glenmorangie's Private Edition range. 

Distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2012, this Glenmorangie was matured fully in virgin American white oak casks, constructed of heavily charred oak from the Mark Twain Forest in Missouri.

This was Jim Murray's Whisky of the Year 2014.

Glendronach 1993 Single Cask 21 Year Old #39

A 21 year old Glendronach matured in a Oloroso Sherry butt that was released exclusivley for the UK. Distilled in January 1993 and bottled in July 2014.

Glenmorangie Finealta

The second private edition released from Glenmorangie, recreating a recipe Glenmorangie had from 1903 which was slightly peated.

Matured using a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry oak.

Irish Single Malt 1991 Whisky Agency 24 Year Old / Komplex Whisky

An undisclosed single malt whiskey from an Irish distillery, bottled for The Whisky Agency in Germany in collaboration with Komplex Whisky in Sweden.

Distilled in 1991 and matured for 24 years before being bottled in 2015.

The Whisky Agency was founded in Germany by Carsten Ehrlich, who is also the driving force behind The Whisky Fair in Limburg, one of the world's most renowned annual whisky gatherings. Their passion is unquestionable, and they have a regular release schedule of high quality single casks, often in collaboration with some of the most respected whisky bars and retailers. The Whisky Agency's labels include The Perfect Dram, Liquid Library, Private Stock, and Liquid Sun.

One of only 157 bottles produced.

Invergordon 1966 Adelphi 46 Year Old

If you haven't heard, old grain whisky can be fantastic! This very well-aged expression from Invergordon distillery. It was distilled in 1966 and bottled in 2012. 

This is one of 257 bottles drawn from cask #4.

Adelphi has a rich history, operating as a distillery in the Gorbals district of Glasgow from 1825, producing spirit from the waters of Loch Katrine. The distillery ceased production in the early 20th century however and several changes in ownership culminating in a takeover by Distillers Company Ltd in 1902. The Adelphi name was revived in 1993 by Jamie Walker, great-grandson of former distillery owner Archibald. With a lineage of whisky expertise he operated Adelphi as private bottling company, which now in the hands of Keith Falconer and David Houston, continues the fine work he began of bottling top quality expressions from Scotland's finest distilleries.

Glencraig 1975 Gordon and MacPhail

Distilled in 1975, this is an unusual bottle of whisky from Gordon and MacPhail bottled in 1999.

Glencraig was produced in Lomond stills located at Glenburgie distillery between 1958 and 1981.

The Connoisseurs Choice label is one of the most recognisable independent bottlings on the market. It was initially created for renowned Italian importer, Edoardo Giaccone in the early 1970s, but became a mainstay of the core Gordon & MacPhail portfolio in 1979.

Glencraig 1974 Duncan Taylor 32 Year Old

Glencraig was produced using 'Lomond' stills at Glenburgie, one of only a handful of distilleries to install this type of still, which acts as a cross between the traditional pot stills and column stills.

Distilled in March 1974 and bottled in July 2005 from single cask #2927, this is bottle number 2 of 246. 

Glenburgie abandoned its Lomond stills in 1981.

Duncan Taylor was founded in Glasgow in 1938 as a cask broker and trading company. Its modern history began in 2001 when a former Glendronach employee, Euan Shand, purchased the firm and moved it to Huntly in Aberdeenshire, using the impressive cask portfolio it has amassed over the 20th century to become one of the premier independent bottlers in Scotland.
