Dalmore 1981 Constellation 30 Year Old Cask #3

An impressively aged Dalmore from their elegant Constellation collection. Distilled in 1981 and aged for 30 years in cask #3.

The Constellation Collection consists of 21 vintages, dating from 1964 through to 1992. Each bottle features hallmarked silver stoppers and an engraved decanter style bottle.

Cak #3 was matured until 2006 in American white oak before being tranferred into a Matusalem Oloroso serry butt for 5 years.

Dalmore 20 Year Old 1970s

A very old bottle of Dalmore, bottled at 20 years of age in the 1970's.  

Bottled by the Mackenzie brothers at 75 proof. 

Dalmore 1973 Gonzalez Byass Finish 30 Year Old 75cl / US Import - Signed

Distilled on the 22nd March 1973 and matured in American oak before being finished in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from Gonzalez Byass, Jerez de la Frontera. This was then bottled as a 30 year old.

From the rear of the box of this whisky, 'In essence, the 1973 is a collector's item witnessing a unique collaboration between two premium brands to bring you the ultimate single malt experience.'  We couldn't have put it better!

Dalwhinnie 1957 Cadenhead's 22 Year Old

As Scotland’s oldest independent bottler, Cadenhead’s have long been known for releasing stunning whiskies but none more so than those from their famous ‘dumpy’ series, which features some incredible 1950s and 60s vintages. Whisky from this bygone era of production have become increasingly elusive in recent years, making them exceptionally desirable. 

This Dalwhinnie was distilled in May 1957 and bottled in June 1979 in the iconic brown dumpy bottle. 

Diplomatico 1997 Sherry Cask Finish

Diplomatico is a very highly respected rum, due to licensing arrangements this goes by the name Botucal in some regions. 

This is one of three single vintages produced, and has been finished in sherry casks. 

Dalmore Clan Mackenzie Series  3 x 70cl / Mackenzie, Castle Leod, Cromartie

These whiskies were release to pay homage to the Clan Mackenzie and generate funds for the restoration of the Clan Mackenzie's ancestral home, the Castle Leod.

  Distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2010. Matured in a bourbon hogsheads for 11 years before a finishing period of 6 years in port pipes. 46%. 
• Dalmore Castle Leod
  Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2011. Matured in American white oak and Spanish sherry wood, before being finished in Bordeaux casks. 46%. 
• Dalmore Cromartie
  Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2012. Matured in American white oak before being transferred to Oloroso sherry casks, from Gonzalez Byass. 45%

Dailuaine 1975 Samaroli & Moon Import / Dreams

Moon Import was founded by Pepi Mongiardino in 1980 and he bottled his first whisky in 1982. Always beautifully labelled, Pepi is acclaimed for designing the packaging for Moon Import bottles himself, often using images found in old books. These iconic designs, coupled with the quality of the liquid saw Moon Import steadily grow in popularity. The company is still going strong, and their early releases are some of the brightest gems in any whisky collection.

The Dreams series was a 1999 collaborative effort between longtime friends Mongiardino and Samaroli. The unusually labelled series feature artworks designed by Nadia Pini and Hans Piu, and all bear Silvano Samaroli's signature printed on the capsule.

This Dailuaine was distilled in 1975 and is bottle number 308 of 594.

Distilled in 2003 at the Diamond Distillery complex in Guyana. It has been the only distillery in the country since the closure of Uitvlugt in 2000.

Dailuaine 1994 Carn Mor

This is a Celebration of the Cask bottling, a sub-category of Morrison & Mackay's independent Carn Mor label. Morrison and Mackay are a Perth-based company, producing a number of whisky liqueurs as well as single cask single malts and blends, including the popular recently revived Old Perth. In 2017 the firm completed the construction of the Aberargie distillery in the town of the same name.

Distilled in 1994, this Dailuiane was bottled from bourbon barrel #3062 in 2018.

Dallas Dhu 1981 Douglas Laing 22 Year Old Sherry Cask

Dallas Dhu is a long closed Speyside distillery. 

This bottle was distilled in July 1981 and then bottled in July 2003 as a 22 year old by Douglas Laing.

The Old Malt Cask series is one of the most established independent labels on the market. It was launched by Douglas Laing in 1998 and bottled by them until 2013 when the brand became part of the Hunter Laing portfolio instead.

Dingle Cask Strength Single Malt No.3 / Bourbon & Port Casks

The Dingle Whisky distillery started production in 2012.

This is their third cask strength single malt release, and is a marriage of single malt whisky matured in two cask types, ex-bourbon and ex-port.

Delamain 1968 Grande Champagne 34 Year Old Cognac

A 34 year old cognac produced using cognac from the 1968 harvest of a vineyard near La Nerolle in Segonzac.

Matured in a 350 litre, well-seasoned French oak cask in one of the Delamain cellars.

Dailuaine 1976 Whisky Agency 35 Year Old

An independently bottled Dailuaine. Distilled in 1976 and bottled 35 years later from an ex-bourbon hogshead.

The Whisky Agency was founded in Germany by Carsten Ehrlich, who is also the driving force behind The Whisky Fair in Limburg, one of the world's most renowned annual whisky gatherings. Their passion is unquestionable, and they have a regular release schedule of high quality single casks, often in collaboration with some of the most respected whisky bars and retailers. The Whisky Agency's labels include The Perfect Dram, Liquid Library, Private Stock, and Liquid Sun.

Dallas Dhu 1975 Signatory Vintage 28 Year Old

A 1975 vintage from the closed Speyside distillery, Dallas Dhu, bottled by Signatory Vintage in January 2004.

Signatory Vintage were established in 1988 by Andrew Symington and are one of Scotland's most prolific independent bottlers. Their offices and bottling facility are located next to Edradour distillery, which they have also owned since 2002.

One of 432 bottles filled at cask strength from bourbon barrels #2355 and #2358.

Dailuaine 17 Year Old Manager's Dram 2000

The Manager’s Dram series of whiskies were bottled exclusively for employees of what is now known as Diageo. These whiskies were selected by the respective distillery managers within Diageo malt distilling and bottled at natural cask strength.

A 17 year old Dailuaine, matured in sherry oak casks and chosen by the distillery manager bottled on 20th November 2000.

Daftmill 2006 Summer Batch Release 2018

Daftmill was granted a license to begin producing spirit in 2005, and had not bottled a single drop of that first distillate until 2018 when it produced just 629 bottles of its inaugural release.

Daftmill is a farm distillery, owned and run by the Cuthbert family, who grow all of the barley used in their whisky on-site. The distillery is only operational during the farm's quiet periods in mid-summer and mid-winter, sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year. 

This is the distillery's second ever offering, a 2006 single vintage bottling of 9 casks. The chariot barley used was harvested on the farm's Dam Park and Curling Pond fields on 31st August 2004. It was malted in Fife by Robert Kilgour & Co, some the last before their business closed.

The spirit matured for nearly 12 years in ex-bourbon casks from Heaven Hill Bernheim distillery in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dallas Dhu 1971 Gordon and MacPhail

Distilled in 1971 and bottled in 1994, this Speyside distillery has been closed sinced the 1980s but lives on as a Historic Scotland Museum. 

The Connoisseurs Choice label is one of the most recognisable independent bottlings on the market. It was initially created for renowned Italian importer, Edoardo Giaccone in the early 1970s, but became a mainstay of the core Gordon & MacPhail portfolio in 1979.

Diamond 1998 El Dorado 20 Year Old

A rare official Single Blended Diamond from El Dorado, the official brand of DDL. Distilled on the Diamond Coffey Still and Savalle Still in 1998, blended in barrel and tropically matured for 20 years. 

One of 300 bottled filled in 2018 for the 100th anniversary of De Monnik Dranken in the Netherlands.

Distilled in 1986 and bottled at cask strength in 2006, this Dalwhinnie was matured in refill European oak casks.

Dalmore King Alexander III

Crafted to honour the act of saving Scotland’s king in 1263, this expression unites six specially selected casks housing spirit of perfect maturity. Whiskies matured in ex-bourbon casks, Matusalem oloroso sherry wood, Madeira barrels, Marsala casks, port pipes and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques are all brought together. 

Dalmore 1997 Distillery Exclusive 2016 / Bourbon Finesse

This very limited single cask bottling was only available at Dalmore distillery. The spirit was created by Richard Paterson to showcase the exceptional ex-bourbon casks used for maturing Dalmore whiskies.  

This expression was created by moving the spirit through three different bourbon casks each one hand selected by Richard.
