Akashi is the name given to the the single malt produced at the Eigashima distillery. The site is often also referred to as the White Oak distillery, after the blend it produces. Because demand for White Oak is so high, most Eigashima single malt is reserved for this, so Akashi is quite rare.

This is a 2015 vintage single cask, matured in ex-Sake barrel #101520.

    A peated malt produced at their flagship Yamazaki distillery. Distilled in 2005 and bottled at a higher strength of 49%.

  • Hakushu 2012 Rye Type
    A rye based whisky from Hakushu. Distilled in 2012 and bottled at a higher strength of 57%.

  • Chita 2001 Wine Cask
    A grain whisky, distilled in 2001 and matured in a Wine Cask for 4 years before being bottled in 2018. Bottled at 49%.

Buffalo Trace's parent company, Sazerac, purchased the Eagle Rare brand from Seagram in 1989, who had developed it in the 1970s to replicate what it felt where the successful motifs used by the Wild Turkey brand.

Production of the label was moved to Buffalo Trace when Sazerac acquired the facility in 1992 (then known as Ancient Age).

Enmore 1990 Moon Import Sherry Wood

A single barrel Pot still rum from Enmore, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2016 after maturing in single sherry barrel number #29.

Enmore closed its doors in 1995 and the original wooden stills that gave this rum its unique character removed. 

Bottles from this distillery are becoming increasingly sought after and hard to find.

Eden Mill Single Malt Hip Flask Series No.1 20cl / French Virgin Octave

In 2012, Eden Mill became St Andrews first brewery since 1902, and Scotland's first ever combined brewing and distillery complex in 2014 when the plan was hatched and set into motion, to produce their first malt whisky. 

The first whiskies produced in St. Andrews for over 150 years, these elegantly packaged 20cl glass \"hip flask\" bottles were distilled using a variety of malt types, and matured in a variety of different casks.

No.1 in the series was distilled using Pale Malt on 21st October 2014, and matured in a French virgin oak octave.

One of only 220 bottles.

The bottles will be checked-in, authenticated, photographed, and then listed into the next available auction, or an auction of your choice, by our expert team. Whisky Auctioneer hosts monthly auctions, where registered users from across the globe can bid on bottles via our website.  

After the auction closing date, the highest bidder will be notified by email. Payment is required within 72hrs. The buyer can then choose to ship, store, or collect the bottle(s). Buyer fees are applied during the online checkout process.  

The seller will receive payment within 21 working days of the end of the auction, directly to their chosen bank account. Seller fees will be applied to the seller’s invoice after the auction.
