Highland Park 1976 First Cask 25 Year Old​

An independent bottling of Highland Park distilled on 26th March 1976 and bottled 25 years later from cask #2011.

Hazelwood 15 Year Old '105' / Kininvie 1990

A very limited bottling of Hazelwood aka Kininvie.  

This 15 year old single malt was gifted to staff members at the distillery and was released to celebrate the 105th birthday of Janet Sheed Roberts on August 13th 2006.

Bottled at 105 proof, 52.5% and was matured exclusively in first fill sherry casks.

Highland Park Earl Magnus 15 Year Old

Named after the rule of Orkney in the 1100’s, Earl Magnus is the first edition of the trilogy consisting of; Earl Magnus, Saint Magnus and Earl Haakon.  A 15 year old, cask strength release within an outstanding wooden box and fashioned glass styled on bottles from 150 years ago, this quickly become a desirable Highland Park.

Only 5,976 of the Earl Magnus were created.

Hibiki 12 Year Old 50cl

Hibiki 12 Year Old is the younger edition of this very popular range of blended whisky produced by Suntory.

Hennessy was founded in 1765 by Irishman Richard Hennessy, Captain in the French Army. It took Hennessy just a few years to dominate the market and actually they have never lost their leading position since. 

Hennessy house the most impressive collection of vintage Cognac's within their cellar. This giftpack comprises of 4 miniatures of their XO.

Highland Park Earl Magnus 15 Year Old

There is a great deal of debate as to whether or not this is a single malt, Suntory were renowned for using the term \"Pure Malt\" for both single malts and blended malts and a high number of bloggers have stated that this is 100% Hakushu. 

The translation of ‘Kioke Shikomi’ seems strange because although it means “matured in a wooden tub”, 'kioke’ normally refers to a tub used for making sake.

A miniature version of the spectacular 40 year old Highland Park, initially released in 2008.

This miniature has now been discontinued.

Perhaps the most iconic and popular bottle in Highland Park's range, this time presented in their discontinued livery with a informational sticker on the tube highlighting its success at the 1999 International Wine and Spirit Competition.

There is a great deal of debate as to whether or not this is a single malt, Suntory were renowned for using the term \"Pure Malt\" for both single malts and blended malts and a high number of bloggers have stated that this is 100% Hakushu.

Nine Leaves 2014 Encrypted Single Cask 3 Year Old Rum / Velier 70th Anniversary

A special barrel proof release from Japan's Nine Leaves rum distillery. Entitled \"Encrypted,\" this rum was distilled in 2014 and bottled at 3 years old in 2017 from cask #3.

This special edition bottling was for the 70th anniversary of reknowned Italian importers Velier.

The fourth release to commemorate William Grant's granddaughter; Janet Sheed Roberts, on the advent of her 110th birthday.

Only 1600 bottles produced and given to members of staff in William Grant's.

Released to the Scandanavian market, this 12 year old Highland Park was limited to a mere 3,924 bottles.

Highland Park Fire Edition 15 Year Old

Highland Park's new limited edition following the success of the Highland Park Ice.  Similarly to the Ice, the Fire is the second of this series and comes in wood shaped like a mountain and a cut glass bottle. 

Most importantly the whisky is 15 years of age and matured in refill Port casks.

Hazelwood Centennial Reserve

A very rare bottling of Hazelwood, this time as a blended malt released to celebrate Janet Sheed Robert's 100th birthday.  

The Master Blender of William Grant's selected 90 casks for Janet's 90th birthday, and a further 10 casks were added for her 100th to create a new limited release of 2001 bottles.

Highland Park's new limited release range, this one comes in wood shaped like a mountain and a cut glass bottle. 

The liquid in the bottle is 17 years old and mostly matured in bourbon. 

One of 30,000 bottles.

The translation of ‘Furudaru Shiage’ means old barrel finish, there is also some text to imply that it has been filtered through bamboo charcoal.

Highland Park 150 Years of RNLI Service at Stromness​

A special Highland Park release, bottled to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the first RNLI lifeboat being launched at Stromness on Orkney.

One of 1867.

North Port / Brechin 1981 Gordon and MacPhail

Mothballed in 1983 and demolished in 1990, the site of North Port now houses a Supermarket. 

North Port is quickly becoming scarce, this 1981 release from Gordon and MacPhail was bottled in 2004.

Hakushu 12 Year Old 

Suntory's other excellent distillery which is often over looked for Yamazaki. This age statement is becoming hard to find.
