William L Weller bottlings tend to contain whiskey aged for approximately 10 to 14 years old.  In recent years the William Weller bottlings are increasingly harder to get hold of.

Willett Family Estate 15 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon #1605​

A single White Oak barrel bourbon, distilled and bottled at Willett. 

Cask #1605 was bottled in December 2016 and was available exclusively at the Willett distillery gift shop.

Released circa 1990s this is a highly acclaimed legendary Highland Park bottled at the higher strength of 50.7%.

Wolfburn Inaugural Release

Located in Thurso, which is the Northern most distillery on the UK mainland. Based around a long lost distillery that ended around 1850, this new Wolfburn opened in 2013. 

This is their first single malt release.

There have been 875 bottles released, 100 of which were for the UK. This is presented in a hand crafted wooden box. 

This is bottle number 35 of 875.

Released within the famous and eagerly awaited Buffalo Trace Antique Collection. 

In recent years, due to the known similarity between W.L. Weller and Van Winkle, and Weller's resulting huge increase in popularity and demand, the William L. Weller bottling have become increasingly harder to get hold of.

One of approximately 19,000 bottles from 155 handpicked barrels.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select Limited Edition

A new addition to the Hibiki range, A blend of over ten malts and grains featuring Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita all aged in five types of cask. 

As always with Hibiki the bottle always has 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.

Developed by fourth generation chief blender Shinji Fukuyo with production overseen by third generation master blender and great-grandson of the founder, Shingo Torii.

Highland Park 11 year old the Battle of Jutland single malt whisky, commemorating the Centenary of the largest Naval battle of WW1.

31st May 2016 single cask #3378 distilled 31st of May 2004 bottled in April 2016.

Hennessy is still a huge brand to day, this bottle of VSOP is from the 1960's.

There is no marking for volume or ABV on this bottle.

Wolfburn 2014 Private Bottling / The Cyprus Whisky Association​

This bottle was distilled in January 2014 and bottled 4 years later in January 2018 for The Cyprus Whisky Association, which was born in the same year as this whisky.

Cask #123/14 was a quarter cask.

A labellig error cites this bottle as 169 of 160.

The Morven from Wolfburn is their lightly peated expression. This limited edition bottling was produced to mark the occasion of the 2018 John o' Groats Book Festival.

Wolfburn and John o' Groats are famed for being the northernmost distillery and town in the UK, respectively.

An exclusive Highland Park release, available only to staff of the Royal Navy Submarine Service. The elegant matte black bottle is designed to evoke the hull of a Submarine and the release is rumoured to be limited to 1500 bottles.

Highland Park Earl Haakon 18 Year Old

This is the third edition of the Earls series, which featured the Earl Magnus and Saint Magnus. This is an 18 year old Highland Park bottled at cask strength.

Comes with a fully illustrated leaflet telling the tale of Haakon. The original two bottlings in the Magnus collection celebrated the influential 11th century Earl who was canonised 20 years after his untimely death. He was murdered by Haakon, his treacherous cousin, who's infamy was celebrated with this third and final release.
