Kilchoman 2011 Single PX Finished Cask / Taiwan Exclusive​

A single cask Kilchoman released exclusively for the Taiwanese market. Finished in PX cask 455/2011, this was distilled in 2011 and bottled on 14th September 2017 at cask strength.

Kilchoman 100% Islay 3rd Edition

The third bottling of Kilchoman's popular 100% Islay releases, matured exclusively in bourbon casks and limited to 10,000 bottles.

All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay took place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman. Bottled at 50% ABV and peated to a lower level to that of other releases.

Kirin Fuji-Sanroku 50 Degrees 

Distilled at Kirin distilleries, this is a blend and has been bottled at 50% ABV. 

This is technically one of the world's largest distilleries producing both malt and grain, also having its own cooperage and bottling plant. 

This is the later release bottled at 70cl as opposed to the original at 60cl.

Distilled 24th May 2006 and bottled 5th September 2016 from single Bourbon cask #72/2006

Described by Kilchoman as having a 'warm smooth peaty smokiness', this well balanced 10 Year Old should appeal to most.

The hugely popular Loch Gorm. Matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry Butts for 8 years and a further 2 months in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads.

This is the 2017 release, distilled in 2009.

Kilchoman Autumn 2009 Release

This is the second every release from Kilchoman distillery. Matured for 3 years in bourbon casks before a brief finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks.

10,000 bottles were produced.

Knappogue Castle 1995

A single malt Irish whiskey produced at Cooley distillery.

Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2007 after being matured in Bourbon casks.

Bottled at 50% ABV and peated to a lower level to that of other releases. This fourth release was matured in fresh and refill bourbon casks. 

Kilchoman Winter 2010 Release

At the time, this was the 5th official bottling from Kilchoman, matured in bourbon casks and limited to 15,850 bottles.

Kilchoman 2009 Loch Gorm

The second offering of the hugely popular Loch Gorm. Matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks for 5 years.

This is the 2014 release, distilled in 2009.

Kilchoman Spring 2010 Release

Matured for 3 years in bourbon casks before being finished for 3.5 months in Oloroso sherry casks and released in the Spring of 2010.

Kilchoman 2006 Vintage

A 5 year old Kilchoman, distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2011.  Matured in 80% first fill bourbon casks and 20% second fill bourbon casks.

Limited to 11,300 bottles.

Kilchoman Spring 2011 Release

Bottled in Spring of 2011, this was the 6th official release from Kilchoman.  A marriage of three and four year old casks matured in 1st fill and refill bourbon barrels.

Knappogue Castle 1995

A single malt Irish whiskey produced at Cooley distillery.

Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2007 after being matured in bourbon casks.

Usquaebach Grand Whisky of the Highlands Decanter / Taiwanese Import​

Produced for the Twelve Stone Flagons Ltd Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania, USA, the Usquaebach Reserve refers to Scots Poet Robert Burn's immortalisation of Usquaebach.

Blended and bottled by Douglas Laing.

Kavalan Concertmaster Port Cask Finish

Kavalan have being going from strngth to srength since they started in 2008.

After an initial maturation in American oak this single malt was finished in Ruby Port, Tawny Port and Vintage Port casks.
