Bottled from single cask #WP98635 and bottled by Hidden Spirits and Stefano Cremaschi for their Wild Parrot brand in 2018.

Caroni 1992 20 Year Old Heavy Rum

Distilled at Caroni in 1992 and matured at their distillery until 2008 when the casks were moved to Guyana for a further four years of maturation.

The front label depicts the last picture taken of Caroni Distillery in 2004.

Bottled by Velier in 2012.

Wild Turkey 12 Year Old 101 Proof 1990s / Japanese Import

A Japanese release bottling of Wild Turkey 12 year old, bottled at the expected 101 US Proof / 50.5%. This was bottled in 1996.

The Wild Turkey distillery, originally known as Boulevard, was built in 1869 in Tyrone, Kentucky. The name Wild Turkey was not used until 1941 however, when some shared on a hunting trip was referred to as \"some of that wild turkey whiskey.\"

This is a vatted blend of aged single malt and single pot still whiskey, matured in first fill American oak casks.

Chieftain's Cigar Malt 20 Year Old / Mortlach

Distilled March 1997 at an undisclosed Speyside distillery (rumoured to be Mortlach) and bottled September 2018 by Ian Macleod Distillers.

Aged 20 years in sherry butts #3650 and #3651

One of 1095 Bottles. 

Convalmore Cadenheads 26 Year Old

From Speysides now closed Convalmore distillery which fell silent in 1985.

Distilled in 1977 and bottled in May 2003.

The liquid has been aged in a Spanish sherry butt.

Caroni 1997 Silver Seal 16 Year Old Rum

A single cask Silver Seal bottling of Caroni, distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2013.

Silver Seal was founded by Ernesto Mainardi in 2000. This was Mainardi's second bottling company after the esteemed Sestane in 1979, and this later Silver Seal collection is named in its honour. Both companies were sold to Massimo Righi in 2010.

Caol Ila 1982 Cooper's Choice 30 Year Old / Limburg Whisky Fair 2013

A very well aged Caol Ila, distilled in 1982, and bottled for the Limburg Whisky Fair 2013.

Matured in a single hogshead, this is a Cooper's Choice bottling from the Vintage Malt Whisky Co.

White Horse 1940s/50s

A classic offering from the golden age of blending!

\"By appointment to his Majesty the King\" and bearing the Sigillo Stella, an Italian tax medal. This dates the bottle to between 1949 and 1952.

There are no measurements for strength or capacity on the bottle.

Crabbie 25 Year Old Speyside Single Malt

This is a well-aged Speyside single malt bottled at 25 years old by John Crabbie & Co. in Leith, Edinburgh.

The bottle is presented in an elegant wooden box and is number 117 of 988.

The Crabbie whisky brand was revived in 2018, with its own distillery set to open in 2019. Prior to this, Crabbie whisky had not been seen on shleves since the 1970s, and has become better associated with alcoholic ginger beer.

Chita 2001 Wine Cask Finish 50cl / The Essence of Suntory

A single grain addition to The Essence of Suntory Whisky series.

This is a Chita distilled in 2001 and finished for 4 years in a wine cask before being bottled in 2018.

Caroni 1994 High Proof 17 Year Old Heavy Rum

A heavy rum distilled in 1994 at the now lost Caroni distillery.

Aged in Trinidad until 2008 and then transferred to Guyana where this was bottled in 2011.

One of 7,142 bottles produced from a stock of 23 barrels.

Chartreuse Voiron Yellow Label 1970s

Originally created in 1605 by monks using a recipe for an elixir of long life. 

This Chartreuse was made in the Voiron production facility in France.

Craigduff 1973 Signatory Vintage 32 Year Old Cask Strength

A very rare experimental whisky, produced at Strathisla distillery using heavily peated malt.  Occasionally there has been some controversy over the origin of Craigduff and some people have suggested it was actually produced at Glen Keith distillery, wherever it was produced it is extremely rare as only a handful of casks have ever been bottled independently by Signatory Vintage.

Distilled on the 4th April 1973 and bottled on 25th August 2005, this 32 year old Craigduff was matured exclusively in a Sherry butt, cask #2513.

Willett's Rye is legendary, this is a bottle of the Family Estate Small Batch Rye.

Matured in hand selected White Oak barrels for ten years and bottled at cask strength.

Caperdonich 1970 Celtic Legends

A 1970 vintage bottling from closed distillery, Caperdonich. Bottled by Liquid Gold as part of their Celtic Legends series.

Hogshead #3157 was specially selected by John McDougall, renowned distiller and author of Wort, Worms and Washbacks.

Bottled in 2001.

Whistlepig 14 Year Old Single Barrel Rye / The Boss Hog 3rd Edition 

The third edition of this highly sought after whisky, The Boss Hog. This time titled, 'The Independent.'

The Boss Hog range is a straight rye whiskey from the Vermont based distillery, Whistlepig Farm. Although they have recently began bottling their own distillate, this barrel was sourced from Alberta Distillers in Canada.

14 years old and bottled at 120.3 US Proof. 

Caroni 1996 100 Proof 20 Year Old

Distilled in 1996 at the now lost Caroni distillery.

Aged in Trinidad for 20 years, this is bottle number 221 of 3800 bottled in 2016.

This is the '34rd' release. 

Clynelish 1996 Signatory Vintage 21 Year Old / Local Dealer Selection

A Signatory Vintage bottling of Clynelish, distilled on 28th June 1996 and bottled on 22nd November 2017. 

Part of the Local Dealer Selection range, this was matured in refill sherry butt #6523.

Signatory Vintage were established in 1988 by Andrew Symington and are one of Scotland's most prolific independent bottlers. Their offices and bottling facility are located next to Edradour distillery, which they have also owned since 2002.

Distilled in the Highlands in 1989 and bottled in 2011.

This Coleburn was distilled on the 18th October 1983 and bottled 26 years later by the Creative Whisky Co.

Coleburn was closed in 1985 and is becoming increasingly rare.
