Gold and Gold is a blend of pot and coffey still whiskies from Nikka's distilleries.

North British 1962 Thomas Fantasy 48 Year Old 50cl

This single grain release was bottled from a single bourbon barrel for Thomas Fantasy.

Distilled in 1962 in Edinburgh at the North British distillery, this was bottled at 48 years old in 2010.

One of 32 50cl bottles filled.

Knockando 1970 / Dateo Import

A vintage bottling of Knockando from the time where they preferred to use the term \"season.\"

Distilled in 1970 and bottled in 1982.

Dateo import for the Italian market.

Kavalan Solist Vinho Barrique / 56.3%

Vinho barrique Kavalan is matured using casks which previously stored either red or white wine.

This Taiwanese distillery has been making a big splash. A cask in this range won the World Whiskies Awards best single malt 2015. Very impressive!

This is a 2018 release, and is one of 211 bottles.

This is a vatting of two 10 year old casks, one a bourbon barrel, and the other a sherry butt.

A 15 year old version of this high malt content Japanese blend.

Nikka's distillery portfolio is headed by Yoichi and Miyagikyo, and this is sure to contain whisky from both.

New Riff 2014 Kentucky Straight Rye

A bottled in bond Kentucky striaght bourbon from the New Riff distillery.

Bottled un-chillfiltered in Fall 2018, this was distilled with a high rye mashbill of 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% malted barely.

Kilkerran 2007 Cadenhead's 11 Year Old / Sherry Cask

Arguably the first ever independent bottling of Kilkerran, bottled by Cadenhead's in the summer of 2018.

Kirin-Seagram Ten Distilleries 72cl

A special blended whisky for the Japanese market, produced using whiskies from ten of Seagram's distilleries around the world.

Produced in 1989. Aside from Fujigotemba, the roundup of distilleries in the composition include Strathisla, Glen Grant, Longmorn, Glen Keith, and Allt A Bhainne from Scotland. Canadian grain came from Waterloo, Lasalle, and Gimli, while the Lawrenceburg grain distillery (now known as MGP) represented America.

Kirin survies to this day, however Seagram's were dissolved in the early 2000's, with their Waterloo distillery closing with them.

Kilchoman 2008 Small Batch / Kilchoman Club 2nd Edition​

Released exclusively for the 'Kilchoman Club' in November 2013, this small batch release was distilled in October 2008 and bottled on 4th November 2013.

This is a vatting of 8 specially selected first fill ex-bourbon casks, finished in 4 fresh Oloroso butts.

Cask #485-490 and #567-568.

Nikka Maltbase 17 Year Old 

This blend from Nikka was produced with coffey grain, and malt whisky as the base. Both were aged over 17 years in oak casks before blending.

Kyoto Ki No Bi Dry Gin

A special release of Kyoto Distillery's impressive dry gin, this one emphasizes tea as the primary botanical.

A pretty unbelievable and highly sought after spirit, the flagshib Ki No Bi gin was release in 2016 and was made using a rice spirit base which included some locally sourced botanicals such as yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho and gyokuro tea.

For this special version a selection of super-premium Uji teas have been chosen to act as the heart of this blended gin, including Tencha and Gyokuro

Kilchoman 2007 Loch Gorm / 1st Release​

The hugely popular first release of Loch Gorm sold out very quickly, matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry Butts for 5 years and a further 2 months in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads.

First released in 2014 during Nikka's 80th anniversary, this is a premium blend of 12 year old whiskies. 

North British 1979 Signatory Vintage 18 Year Old​

A sherry casked single grain whisky, distilled in Edinburgh at North British distillery in March 1979.

Bottled 18 years later in April 1997 by Signatory Vintage.

Signatory Vintage were established in 1988 by Andrew Symington and are one of Scotland's most prolific independent bottlers. Their offices and bottling facility are located next to Edradour distillery, which they have also owned since 2002.

North British 1988 Douglas Laing 30 Year Old / XOP

A single cask grain whisky, distilled in July 1988 and bottled 30 years later in July 2018.

King's Ransom 'Round The World' Scotch Whisky 1960s

King's Ransom, was at one time the most expensive whisky in the world and was rumoured present when Stalin, Churchill and Truman signed the Potsdam Conference after the Second World War.

This is a Glenforres Glenlivet blend, produced by William Whiteley & Co. Around the World takes its name from the unusual maturation process which saw it placed in to sherry casks and sailed around the globe.

This Kilchoman was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2017 after maturation in Portuguese Wine Casks from the Douro Valley.

This is the first red wine casked expression to be released by Kilchoman.

Kentucky Gentleman 4 Year Old 1960s / Ferraretto Import

A 1980s bottle of Kentucky Gentleman, distilled and bottled at the Barton distillery in Bardstown, KY.

These days the brand is owned by the Sazerac company and the distillery is known as Barton 1792. It has also been referred to as the Tom Moore distillery at points in its history.
