Eden Mill Single Malt Hip Flask Series No.5 20cl / Frankenstein's Malt Bill​

In 2012, Eden Mill became St Andrews first brewery since 1902, and Scotland's first ever combined brewing and distillery complex in 2014 when the plan was hatched and set into motion, to produce their first malt whisky. 

The first whiskies produced in St. Andrews for over 150 years, these elegantly packaged 20cl glass \"hip flask\" bottles were distilled using a variety of malt types, and matured in a variety of different casks.

No.5 in the series was distilled using \"Frankenstein's Malt Bill\" on 13th February 2015, and matured in a US virgin oak octave. Frankenstein's Malt Bill is a combination of all the previous mashes used in the production of single casks 1-4 in the series, the product of the distillery team's desire to both experiment, and avoid wasting any materials. According to distillery staff, this has been the best received of the first 7 hip flask bottlings, and with uncertainty over whether it can be reproduced, this is sure to become the rare gem of the set.

Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon 2017 Release / Batch #B517

Elijah Craig is one of the flagship brands produced by Heaven Hill, named after an 18th century pastor, often cited (although probably incorrectly) as the first man to distil bourbon in the US.

This is the second 2017 batch, bottled in May that year.

Batch #B517 won Whisky Advocate’s 2017 Whisky of the Year and was featured in the Winter 2017 magazine issue. Elijah Craig was selected from hundreds of samples submitted globally throughout the year. Whisky Advocate’s Top 20 are selected every year from a group of the highest-rated whiskeys nominated by the Buying Guide reviewers, and ranked based on quality, value and availability.

Early Times Kentucky Straight 'Bourbon' 1980s / Soffiantino Import

A 1980s bottle of Kentucky straight \"bourbon\" for the Italian market. Due to the use of refill barrels in the production process of the Early Times brand, it is not permitted to label itself as a bourbon in the US. These rules however do not apply in foreign markets.

Distilled and bottled by the Brown-Forman company at their distillery in Louisville, Kentucky.

One of only 440 bottles that were made available only to customers of Luvians in St Andrews, and at the local University.

The label was acquired by the Sazerac Company in the late 1980s and it is now produced at Buffalo Trace distillery.
