Teeling Single Pot Still 2019 / Batch #2

Batch #2 of the single pot Irish whiskey from Teeling, bottled in January 2019.

Teeling was the first whiskey distillery to open in Dublin for 125 years when it was established in 2015. The distillery bottled its first whiskey in 2018, which was made available though an exclusive auction here at Whisky Auctioneer.

This is only their second commercially available release produced with spirit distilled at the Teeling distillery in Dublin.

A single cask grain whisky from North British, distilled in 1996 and bottled in November 2017 by Hunter Laing.

Matured in a refill hogshead, this is one of 219 bottles.

A single malt produced at the New Midleton distillery, this has been matured in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso, Madeira and port casks.

Trinidad Distillers 2009 Plantation 8 Year Old / Gerry's Wines & Spirits

A rum distilled at Trinidad distillers (Angostura) in 2009 and bottled by Plantation.

The liquid spent 7 years in bourbon wood and one year finishing in Ferrand Pineau des Charentes cask.

This is bottles 287 dram from single cask #9.

Specially bottled for Gerry's Wines & Spirits.
