Kyoto Ki No Bi Sei Dry Gin

The first release of their impressive dry gin, distilled at Kyoto Distillery.

A pretty unbelievable and highly sought after spirit, this gin was released last year in 2016 and was made using a rice spirit base which included some locally sourced botanicals such as yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho and gyokuro tea.

The botanicals are split into six flavour groups (Base, Citrus, Tea, Spice, Fruity & Floral and Herbal), and each group is distilled individually before being blended together. 

The Sei is a higher proof version than the standard release, bottled at 54.5%

Knob Creek Twice Barreled Rye 

A limited release rye whiskey from Knob Creek, distilled and twice barrel aged.

Bottled at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky.

Kilchoman 2010 Loch Gorm

Following the success of the first and second Loch Gorm, this third release was bottled in 2015.

Matured in Oloroso butts, and is  5 years of age.

Kavalan Sherry Oak

This Oloroso sherry matured whisky was produced in Taiwan. The distillery has been making a big splash as the awards fly in. 

Kilchoman 2011 Single Cask #128 / Milroy's of Soho

A single cask Kilchoman, bottled from cask #128 which was specially selected by Milroy's of Soho.

Distilled on Islay in 2011 and aged for 7 years in a bourbon barrel.

Vat 69 was originally bottled in Port bottles, it maintained this iconic look for over 100 years. This lot comprises an early and later 1960s version, one bottled at 40%, the other at 44% ABV.

Kilchoman 2010 100% Islay 7th Edition

The 7th release of Kilchoman's popular 100% Islay releases, released in 2017.

All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay took place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman. Bottled at 50% ABV and peated to a lower level to that of other releases.

Knob Creek Single Barrel Rye #5711 / Westport Whisky & Wine

Jim Beam's Knob Creek rye is fairly uncommon in general, this single barrel example, even more so.

Barrel #5711 was selected by Fred Noe and bottled for Westport Whisky & Wine.

An early release from Kilchoman distillery on the north-east of Islay, these are very highly regarded.

Matured for 3 years in bourbon casks before being finished for 3 months in Oloroso sherry casks before release in the Spring of 2010.

Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength / 2018 European Tour

After a 3 year hiatus, 2018 saw Kilchoman distillery pack up their famous Land Rover for another European Tour, personally carrying their new products over 7000 miles across the continent.

Machir Bay is a vatting of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, with a greater influence from the former. This is a special cask strength version.
