This Knockando was distilled in 1964 and bottled in 1987.

Daftmill was granted a license to begin producing spirit in 2005, and had not bottled a single drop of that first distillate until 2018 when it produced just 629 bottles of its inaugural release.

Daftmill is a farm distillery, owned and run by the Cuthbert family, who grow all of the barley used in their whisky on-site. The distillery is only operational during the farm's quiet periods in mid-summer and mid-winter, sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year. 

This is the distillery's third ever offering from its inaugural release year, a 2006 single vintage bottling of 6 casks. The spirit matured for nearly 12 years in ex-bourbon casks from Heaven Hill Bernheim distillery in Louisville, Kentucky.

The UK batch consists of 1625 bottles, drawn from casks #080/2006 through #085/2006.

An export batch was also produced from a different set of 6 casks.

Kentucky Owl 11 Year Old Small Batch Rye #2

Distilled and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, this is \"the wise man's rye.\" Kentucky Owl is a recent re-addition to the world of American whisky, as the original Dedman family distillery was left high and dry after prohibition in the 1920's and its stock infamously looted by none other than Al Capone himself. Revived by great grandson Dixon Dedman, the Kentucky owl is back and flying higher than ever.

This 11 year old is from batch #2 and was bottled in March 2018 at 101.8 US proof.

While the Kentucky Owl brand remains a sourced whiskey from other distilleries, it was recently purchased by the Stoli Group who have announced plans to build a Kentucky Owl distilling complex in Kentucky in the not-too-distant future.

Dufftown 28 Year Old

Released in 2013 this was the first time Dufftown was one of Diageo's annual Special Releases.

Bottle number 1669.

This Taiwanese distillery has been making a big splash. A cask in this range won the World Whiskies Awards best single malt 2015. Very impressive!

This is a 2018 release, and is one of 211 bottles.

The latest Kilchoman Feis Ile offering,  twin casks filled  #328/329 2009 on the 1st July 2009 were finished in Fino casks prior to bottling on the 20th May 2014.
