The follow up to Toiteach, the Toiteach A Dha (which means smoky two in gaelic) has been matured in a mixture of both bourbon and Sherry casks.

The first heavily peated expression to become part of Bunnahabhain's core range.

Cardhu 12 Year Old Pure Malt

A 12 year old single malt from the home of Johnnie Walker.

There was a time when the term \"pure malt\" was used regularly, Diageo got into hot water when they began to mix the Cardhu 12 year old single malt with other Speyside malts. There were issues with the lack of change to the packaging and the Scotch Whisky Association felt that this may mislead customers. Read more here. 

This bottle is from that infamous 'pure malt' phase and is an interesting piece of whisky history. 

Benriach 17 Year Old Septendecim

Benriach is one of only seven distilleries in Scotland still to use its own floor maltings.

Ballechin Batch #7 / Bordeaux Matured

The seventh release from Edradour in their peaty discovery series, released in July 2012.

Peated to 50 ppm of phenols, this hefty spirit was matured entirely in first fill Bordeaux casks, limited to only 6,000 bottles.

Craigellachie 2008 Maltman 8 Year Old

Distilled in May 2008 and bottled in February 2017 from single cask #311 after finishing in sherry wood.
